Good coffee, dreadful tea, scary toilets and a large dim and cold building that feels like it's in transition to become something else. Dated and sad looking. Felt depressed. Very friendly staff though, despite the banal surroundings. Felt "industrial", like the back of a warehouse or bus depot. Weird. Cabinet food looked like it had been around a while so... More

Firstly this place needs a new pie and savoury warmer - my pie was cold within 3 minutes of purchasing it, boring selection of drinks and waters, cold and filled with noisy children running around being nuisances.

We called in for morning tea and had burnt coffee and a dry friand and very average savouries. The toilets are terrible dirty with paint falling off and no hand towels which is shocking as the intercity buses stop there. This is not a one off as last time we called in for a coffee there were no towels or... More

As being the only restaurant in town, you dont have much to choose. If you can drive to next town or make dinner yourself, do that.

I ordered beef curry - it came with a small amount of rice which was hard and stuck together, not very palatable, a salad with a very sweet dressing and a tasty but small portion of meat. As I was hungry I ate the lot, but had indigestion for a few hours afterwards! Whole place needs to be brightened up.... More

Great selection of food, really tasty and great value. Not often you can get a coffee and tea and a piece of cake for less than $12, well not in the south island anyway.

No we did not have breakfast at Tiffany's...it was more lunch. Of all the 'best meat pie' places in the area...this one we ranked as no 2. Large spacious store, with plenty of places to sit and eat, but also an outside location to eat. We tried mince and cheese, and steak and pepper pies here, and they were very... More
