Have been here several times. This time we had a wine tasting experience, as well as a 4-course menu. Excellent food and wines! Mr. Laurentiu was our waiter and he has been very polite and responsive. Highly recommended!

Hello, Sir, Please give us details about your inconvenience and we will do our best to fix it. Feel free to contact us conta@cantacuisine.ro. Kind regards, Canta Cuisine
I went there by accident, and there we've found a stunishig atmosphere, excellent food and autstanding services. It's a very rafined restorant, with a real fine dinning menu. It is unusual for Busteni, we recommend it, it is an extraordinary culinary experience. We promis ourselves...to come back regularly, to try the entire menu. 😍More
I have wanted to stop and eat here after seeing it in Flavors of Romania. Weather was great and also due restrictions we sat outside. They gave us some tilted table and wobbly chairs so it was moving all the time. Next annoying things were...wasps everywhere around the table. Coming down to food. With all respect to chef, i have eaten much better food at less prestige locations. I had union soup. Unions were not caramelized enough and the acidity was not balanced out with spice. Next tuna steak. Ordered mine medium. It was overcooked and dry. Sauce was nice but for the price they charge in Romania I would expect something that would leave me wanting more next time which will not happen.More
If you are in Busteni you can come and visit the castle and its surroundings, but if you want to eat you better go elsewhere if you don’t want to ruin your day. We went to this restaurant and although it was a Saturday it...was not crowded so we decided to stop for a coffee and something to eat. There were several waiters and yet it was like we weren’t even there because nobody came to take our order. So after waiting more than 30 minutes, we decided to leave.More
You would think that a large number of waiters and not even a half full restaurant normally equals to a consumer being served in an acceptable amount of time. Well, Canta Cuisine begs to differ. It simply blows this theory right of the water. After...me and my friends sat down at the most visible table, dead in front of the entrance, impossible to miss for every person passing by, we had to wait 10-15 minutes until we got the menus. And that was it. Nobody came back to take our order for at least another half hour. Disappointing experience considering that we let a couple of waiters know that we were ready. Still, they literally ignored us. I would simply avoid this place and try out any other restaurants in town as this feels like a genuine tourist trap.More
It was the 10th of October, the rain in Busteni had barely stopped, as it was already raining for two days, I decided to take my 2 best friends and girlfriend out for drinks and lunch at a special location for my birthday party. I...used to consider the Cantacuzino Palace one of the most beautiful places on the Prahova Valley, given the fact that it is both an architectural and historic landmark and monument. It was around 14:00 when we sat down at one of the tables in front of the palace, mostly because of the view but also we were driven to this decision by the exterior speakers that were mounted on the back wall and tower facade, booming with low-quality Romanian music - they were so loud, it was echoing in the front too. We noticed that most of the people sitting had their tables full or waiting angrily for the check and running after the waiters but, having invited people for lunch and being my birthday, I naively hoped that this was only a coincidence. We received the menus after about 10 minutes and that was the last time we have seen the person serving us. Although we had the center table, that is halfway between the outdoor waiter station and the entrance to the indoor facilities, every restaurant employee was successful in avoiding us. In case you have read so far and decided that maybe the waiters were busy, I have to explain that they were not, either joking and smoking behind their station outside, or having a chat inside, some of them took time for themselves to entertain some of the guest by taking pictures of them and acting like personal servants.More
We had a wonderful experience today, mister Laurentiu was the best waiter we had in a long time anywhere, giving us suggestions and recommendations. Also the food was more than delicious (Pasta with truffles, Veal steak with sweet potatoes in a fois gras sauce, creme...brûlée and cheesecake). The best! We will gladly return here. Also, wonderful scenery 🏞More
One of the worst serving experiences I ever had. I never had to stand up and leave at a restaurant because the waiters refused to serve me...well this is the case for this big tourist trap called Canta Cuisine. Come here, admire the view, but...don't bother sitting at a table because you just risk losing your time and nerves. We waited 45 minutes for a waiter to take our order and since they didn't seem to care we felt unwanted and had to leave..because they obviously had "better things to do". The place wasn't even full to justify this waiting time...More
