We've been to Sicily 4 times in the past 5 years and always end our vacations in San Vito lo Capo and always go back, more than once to Pizzeria da Salvo to eat pizza, Arancini and Visit with Salvatore. We met on a rainy day 5 years ago on our first trip and we always go back for Pizza... More

Very good pizza, friendly owner and one of the few good places that's open in the afternoon. Looks shabby, but is actually a nice place if you want to eat like the locals do.

Went in to grab a quick takeaway pizza to take down to the beach and it was delicious and great value. Friendly staff.

I would not recommend this place go anyone. Orange juice was old and fermented, "Pizza" if I can even call this thing a pizza was terrible. If you don't have to eat there, please avoid it.

We love Pizzeria Da Salvo because its not a tourist joint. Open all year round, it's run by Mr. and Mrs. and has a regular local clientele We shared a pizza, a large local beer and a liter of water. Definitely the best 20 Euro or less dinner for 2 in San Vito, with nice service and good food.

We were wondering around Sun vito lo Capo to find a place to put. We checked the reviews and decided to try it. Very good pizza, freshly baked. Nice service. Simply put-if you want a proper pizza just go there, you won't be disappointed.

After 11 days of close to perfect weather in Sicily we drove into San Vito Lo Capo under a big cloud of doom that opened up later that night and rained all the next day. We'd spent the entire day having a Scrabble competition on our Hotel's restaurant veranda and our room and decided to venture out into the wet for...
