We went here based on many good reviews. The chef must have had the night off. The dining room is fairly nice but very brightly lit and the television was blaring a game show at high volume. Our server was very polite and pleasant. I had the White Truffle Pasta which was pretty good. My wife's Scampi Pasta had a... More

Cute little authentic Italian restaurant which was walking distance from the B&B we were staying at. Food was good and very reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't know much Italian and she not much English but we made it work and had a great experience.

My boyfriend and I were staying in the nearby hotel Golden Tulip (great for the price by the way), but their menu wasn't that strong or reasonably priced, so we went to Ratatoiulle. It was empty apart from us and didn't look like it would ever get very busy. The waitress couldn't speak English and we couldn't speak Italian, but... More

Having travelled in Italy for more than 15 days over the last 2 month we have visited a lot of restaurants. This was absolutely in the low end of the scale. The restaurant was very cold, but clean. We ordrer a Montepulsiano Abruzzo and was given a Nero Davolo with the words that they were almost identical, but they were... More

This restaurant is a few steps from the B&B Letterario where we stayed on our last night in Fiumicino. What a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is that of a family restaurant, (too) brightly lit, but with food delicious enough to make up for the lack of softer lighting...lovely pasta with white truflle sauce, very friendly service, sadly lacking customers on... We went here because we were staying at B&B Retro. We had an early flight the next day so were were eating early 7 pm on a Saturday. No one spoke English in the Restaurant but all of them want to please you. The Chef even came out to help us with the menu but since I love food I... More

We LOVED this restaurant we went for both lunch and dinner on our only day in Rome/Fiumicino. Dishes are delicious, true italian and at a reasonable price. My friend I came with spoke alittle Italian and only speak English and the owner was so nice to us. We had him pick out things for us on the menu since we... More

We stayed at the B&B Retro, which is why we were recommended to go eat there. The restaurant is fairly simply furnished, but the tables were set very elegantly. Even though the owner didn't speak English very well, we all got what we wanted. We all ordered pizza and each and every one of them was extremely delicious! It was... More
