Found this little gem while wandering around town. Came here twice for lunch during our stay and each time was great! The lunch plates with a meat and side of salad and rice is about $5-$6. Note: they do close at 2pm in the low season so plan accordingly!!

We enjoyed a local lunch here of gallos and casados. Great local food served up quick on a nice porch and at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend!

They make good fruit drinks too. And now they have two locations. The lunch is good too. Rosi's arroz con pollo(rice with chicken) is... More

Perfectly prepared delicious Costa Rican homestyle lunch! Rice and beans with chicken and a surprisingly perfectly cooked mixed vegetables on the side! My lunch partner got a simple sandwich and I know it hit the spot for him. Great price.

Rosi's is a great little place that serves amazing casados and fruit drinks at a very reasonable price point. Really good go to place for lunch after surfing. Like many places in this area, the service is somewhat leisurely and the outdoor seating absent a breeze can get somewhat sweaty in the hotter months, but all in all, this is... More

Went for lunch yesterday. Service was quick and friendly. Fresh juices were refreshing and delicious. We both had the chicken with sauce casada, tender, falling off the bone with a delicious sauce (2 pieces of dark meat). Comes with rice, black beans, green bean salad, and shredded cabbage slaw with tomato. The 2 sauces on the table (red-spicy) and green... More

Delicious Tico traditional food. The pollo en salsa casado was my favourite! We also had caldo negro which was delicious as well. Warm service and very cheap eat.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. Fresh fruit juices were amazing. Went back three times for the authentic Fish Gallo and passion fruit juice.

One of the best Casados I had in all of Costa Rica. Everything was great! Just remember to bring cash! Fresh and made with care!
