Another excellent meal enjoyed at this special restaurant. Even their tuna pate is home made and always served alongside beetroot, carrots and olives and of course bread and dipping oil.

We enjoyed prawns piri piri and cocktail, 2 fillet steaks and 2 deserts with a nice bottle of wine and some coffees - very tasty and reasonable with the fillet steaks being quite small but this allowed room for desert.

Very traditional homemade food in a wonderful old building. The owner was lovely, we received great service. Unfortunately the restaurant was very quiet the night we visited and so atmosphere was limited but we still had a great meal.
Porches is a pretty Algarvian village. The restaurant is cool and calm with a high ceiling. It feels traditional. The service is wonderful. It has many Portuguese dishes and these are prepared and presented very nicely. The lams was delicious and the Portuguese Steak spectacular....More
