We are a restaurant, which is located in a building with a very extensive history. We are located in the city center at the newly constructed boardwalk. Kitchen, we offer both Polish and European. Everyone will find something for lunch or coffee. Our staff will assist you in the selection menu board, and answer all your questions about the composition of foods. Your comments are very seriously, we try to satisfy even the most demanding customers. Restaurant is open from 11:00 to 22:00 and on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 to 24:00

We came for lunch and were seated outside as the weather was good. After we had our drinks served a heavy shower came and we rushed inside. Despite this situation the waiter found us very quickly and served our meals. The food was very tasty and fresh and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very cosy

There are better restaurants in Świnoujście

We got a voucher from friends for the Neptun restaurant. That was the only reason we went there for dinner. The service was taciturn but polite. We ordered a fillet steak and a sea bream. We had to wait a little longer for that. The pear lemonade was great though. The steak was supposed to be medium but unfortunately it was more well done, but the good quality of the meat meant it was still good. The sea bream was OK but again it was grilled a little too long and therefore a little dry. Overall the food was OK - there are much better restaurants in Swinoujscie than this one. But when we presented the voucher when paying, we were told that the bill was not as high as the value of the voucher. No problem for us, just write down the remaining amount and then we'll come back. NO - that's not possible! The voucher can only be used once! WHAT? We couldn't give them almost 100 zł in tip so we paid in cash. That's pretty cheeky and pretty impudent... We'll still come back to finally redeem the voucher

I’ve been to Neptun few times over the past few years and each year it seems to dissapoint me more. Being a vegetarian there are not many options on the menu to choose from. There are no clear indications on the menu which/if dishes are suitable for vegetarians or vegans so you have to go through the entire menu to find out what’s there for you. Once you find a suitable dish it’s not a very exciting option. Pasta is drowned in tomato sauce overpowered with garlic and parsley and dumplings are alway chewy. Salad probably is the best (safest) option here but very overpriced. The floor staff leaves a lot to wish for too. Not very friendly or attentive either. I haven’t been asked whether everything was ok with my meal once or if I enjoyed the food. There’s a difference between alowing customer to enjoy food and not caring about them at all. Will no be returning.

Was there with the family. Waiter unfriendly (mood like at the funeral), quality of food below average (ready-made sauce, ready-made salad, dead-cooked meat). Just tourists. Around the corner Bistro Babci Halinki. Polish home cooking. Looks like a commercial kitchen, but everything is very delicious. Everything is freshly prepared under your nose. Stopped in spontaneously and didn’t regret it

Stopped in spontaneously. Location in the old town on the big square surrounded by various restaurants. We had grilled cod and salmon. The portion was sufficient and well priced (around 50 zloty) and we had a homemade lemonade with it. It was delicious. Service was a bit inattentive but friendly. We'll be back.

Local honest cuisine

Well sized portions, local specialities and very friendly staff. You will definitely not leave the table hungry and although more care goes into grilling than the salads, all of it tasted very good. Try one of the local specialities, you’ll not be disappointed

Very tasty cuisine

We ordered grilled trout, pasta, and steamed sea bream fish with garlic. We finished the dinner with dessert: baked apples and tiramisu. Everything was well seasoned. We often set foot here.

Little english is spoken

Arrived with no reservation but we could get a table with a puppy as well. Service was fast but the server spoke very little english and I speak very little german but managed to order and everything went as smoothly as possible. Tried the deer burger (which could have used a bit more sauce) and the chicken penne which was only a little bit unsalted but thats okay. I wish we could have tried the desserts but we were so full after the main meals that we simply couldn’t. Overall it was a nice place for a dinner.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give a good rating because in my companion's salad with salmon, a significant amount of the lettuce leaves were wilted (old) and no longer edible. The salad had probably been prepared in the fridge for hours and then not checked again. The chips with my fish also seemed to have been warmed up. There were also minor defects (e.g. one type of beer was sold out). But it must be said: My flounder itself was very good. The waiter was very friendly and spoke German. Card payment is possible. There are vegetarian options (although not as common as sand on the beach).

Restaurant in the centre, very welcoming, nice large room. Menu displayed outside with English translation. We queued to enter, but they seated us almost immediately. The food is nothing short of exceptional, the only flaw is that the waitresses only speak Polish/German and the variety of desserts is poor.

The place is nice, service is fast. However I am not satisfied at the waiter service with tattoo and black earrings. I am an Asian woman and he only take attention to my bf because he is German. When it is my turn to order he is rushing eveb though I just order the food and still i didnt order any drinks for myself. During that time the place is not full so I think he shouldnt make a rush. Also he is only talking to him if the food is good and ask him only as if i dont exists which i felt a bit of racism from him.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I was there 2 years ago. The food was really delicious and the service was great. Today, both were disappointing. The service in particular was not interested, you had to call and ask about everything. The food was average. Bland, hardly seasoned. We had schnitzel with chips/potatoes. The pork neck was delicious. The salad dressing is delicious. All in all, we won't be coming back. I worked in service for a long time myself, and I haven't experienced such uncaring service for a long time.

Every year around November 1st we visit this restaurant. We have been doing this for about 10 years in a row. Likewise on October 31, 2024. It was busy in the restaurant, but there were still some tables free. We wait at the door for the staff to show us our place. There were still several people waiting. Unfortunately, when it's your turn to be assigned a table, the staff performs to get the Locals or acquaintances of his seated before we do. This was not a nice experience with this staff member and we certainly rate the staff member at least -1 star and the food four stars.
