Great pace with fantastic service. The food was great typical food and plenty of it. The staff were really friendly and accommodating of the four children with us from pencils to draw with or offer if the sofa for the little one to sleep on. Amazing views over the mountains and there's a lovely lake to walk off your food!, The food is yummy, reasonably priced food

Simple restaurant serving home cooked local dishes. Always consistently good. I prefer to eat outside under umbrellas than inside which has an unusual Alpine feel (?) The grilled veal and pork chops are delicious as is the fresh pasta. Mostly locals eating there.

The cook is a real character.Tuscan style.Withdrawn,yet smiling.Proud of his work and his restaurant,hiding somewhere up the hills of Vicchio.A small lake below.Charming.As is the cooking.Real meat,meaning fresh and well chosen.Spaghetti al dente,which means they are not served like mashed potatoes,but are boiled to perfection.There is outdoor seating.You can smoke ,but you won t .The taste of good local wine,the... Nice place, tasty food - what else do you need when in countryside. We had their antipasti - one plate is enough for two persons, we tried all the pasta and gnocchi they have in their menu, and also their desserts and it was all great. Prices are quite low too. And there is always a lot of locals dining... More
