Warm hospitality, charming environment, fabulous hosts, simple delicious meal. Location a bit unappealing but did not put us off.

This is a really good restaurant! There antipasti is great, especially the ones that are typical to Tuscany. There steak is fantastic. It came out on mini grills, and you could cook it more on the grill if you wish. We had a set menu because we had a large group, but the rest of the menu looked great. They... More

The chef took our orders personally. Very accommodating. Food was absolutely to die for. Service was prompt even though restaurant was full to capacity. Be sure to make a reservation. Price was very reasonable and the menu had a good variety to suit all taste.

Looked at San Casciano as possible spot for dinner after a day long drive to other towns is Tuscany before returning to Florence. I focused on this restaurant based on reviews, photos and the menus. It turned out to be a great choice. I made a reservation for my family of six for 7:30 pm. We were the first to... More

My husband and I had made a reservation for dinner, and were very late as we got lost in the area. The owner, despite having attempted to call us (which I missed) but failed to get a response, had originally given up our table to someone else when we didn't answer the calls but kindly arranged for a table towards... We loved the half moon pasta with pear and truffles. The main course we all thought was a bit greasy and dit not come with potatoes/pasta/rice/vegetables. It was just meat on a pile of (again greasy) salad leafs. The host was very nice and the service was good but the food was not that great in our eyes.

Thanks for yr. review, but we are not agree with yr opinion, probably is due to the incompetence because we use only genuine Tuscany olive oil and not greasy; furthermore for our culture (Italian culture) we don't use to put together to the main dishes pasta or rice .... For the fillet steak we serve the top quality of meat... More

Welcomed by the owner Marco with a huge smile and a warm greeting. Quaint and rustic decor. The wait staff spoke great English and were as welcoming as the owner. Owner /Chef Sylvia creates magic in the kitchen. We had the recommended entree of tempura zuchinni flower, artichoke flan, sage leaves in tempura, pork that looks like tuna and beautiful... More

We ate at this osteria based on Trip Advisor and without fail, Cinque Di Vino delivered one of the best meals we had so far at a reasonable price. Marco, owner and chef, has a passion for food and people. He was very charming with a super personality! He was outstanding in helping us to decide the best of Tuscan... More

This is an excellent restaurant, offering rustic Tuscan food with a touch of class. It was by far the best meal we had in Italy and the welcome from all the staff was wonderful too. Highly recommended
