Worth driving for hours. Great wine and food. Very nice staff. And the view was breathtaking. Strongly recommended. Stay at the resort after dinner.

Mediocre food and unprofessional service. In the middle of the Chianti they didn't even know how to serve a wine?! We booked the hotel to enjoy good food without driving but we were completely disappointed. What a pity. They told us that there was a...More
We had dinner, was told to make a reservation, we sat outside with the rest I guess 18-20 people. The menu was not very exiting, we had pasta dishes pici with sundried tomato and chili and tagliatelle with quail, I had roasted veal with potatoes...More
The view from the patio is like a movie set of what Tuscany would look like if painted by a Hollywood set designer - only it's real!!! Go before sunset and bring your camera. If Giulia is working that night, you're in for a double...More
It's difficult to review Il Convito di Curina as we were not disappointed as such, just perhaps looking for a different kind of experience. Being in the beautiful setting of the Villa Curina amongst the hills and groves, we expected a much more relaxed atmosphere...More

Chef Giorgio Trovato was outstanding! Each evening he explained his menu of an interesting combination of tastes and presented them artfully. He quickly understood our palate and prepared a special dessert for us on our last night.
