3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

We followed TripAdvisor reviews but we think it is only 3 out of 5. During our 1 week trip to Sicily this was our only disappointment. We sat out side on the beautiful street of Notto. We order 3 dished and all were just mediocre. Location is great, the food not so much.

As mentioned before we came to Italy as a school trip and on Saturday night came here to be with our friends only! No teachers no parents just us!! It has a good ambience and many restaurants near by so always we enjoyed our time here! In short you will never be bored here if you are with your buddies!!

On of the reasons to visit Sicily is to sit and eat in restaurants in locations like this. The starters, wine and service were very good, I was a little disappointed with the mains at best it was just mediocre pasta. Worth a visit for the location and atmosphere.

The setting is lovely , in the street opposite the Church of St Francis. The food was disappointing. Not good tastes, in fact the spaghetti ragu sauce was sickly sweet! The house wine was terrible. Will not come again.

Beautiful and good location, we are sitting outside but with bad service. We are ordered dessert after eat and we were waiting for about 15 minutes when waiter told us that they have problem with it, and we have to wait more. We were in the restaurant with baby and it's difficult to wait so long

Unfortunately a rather mediocre experience, pasta alle sarde was dry and approximately cooked (sarde and the other sauce's ingredients were inconsistently and carelessly put together). Wine by the glass was corked (the red), and acidic (the white). The personnel was rushed but kind enough to take the wine off the bill. If in the area I'd recommend to look for... More

All I should say is AVOID. But I will explain why. A. Service incompetent - mains brought before entrees for a start, and way to slow to even get a menu. B. Food is diabolical. Entrees - 2 salads small but ok. 2 soups ok but not pretty. 1 sardine spaghetti which was ok. 1 lasagne which looked like something... More

Enjoy Sicilian cuisine in a very relaxed setting with staff that are attentive, but believe in giving diners space and time to enjoy each delightful serving. Definitely not for the hurried or time restrained diners.

Good restaurant that gives what you'd expect: typical plates and genuine products. The waiters are pleasant and reach out fast. Cannolo sbagliato recommended.

You choose to eat here more to be able to watch the world go by than by the food. Food pretty standard but the service was really slow - and the restaurant wasn't so busy. Though on the positive side, they realised this and took off the service charge and the wine off my bill.
