Giorgio Locatelli says the ice cream her is the best in the world; he's wrong, it's the best in the universe. It's completely exceptional, not only are the flavours both unusual and intense, they are true. Other highly recommended local gelaterie don't even begin to come close. In fact nowhere in a long life of ice cream eating comes close.... More

The prime reason to visit Noto was architecture, restaurant Crocifisso and this famed place for real gelati. One day, three accomplishments. Here since 1892 it was explained as a must see, must eat. And correct. Tried the two less indulgent, seemingly unique tastes; saffron and ricotta. Where is life without ricotta on this grande island. Fab gelati; saffron also had... More

Granita alle mandorle di Noto, as served in this establishment, is an unprecedented, unforgettable, refined dish (or breakfasts dish). The Casatine (small cassate siciliane) are also quite refined and spectacularly rich in taste. Highly recommending this place for granite

We went for dessert. The gelato was very good. The lemon granata(form of frozen ice dessert) was fantastice. the service was good.

A humble entrance of the cafe opens to an array of mouthwatering pastries. Their brioche with gelato is excellent! And their coffee is also very good quality too! We will recommend this place with no reservation if you are in Noto!

Absolutely great place, superb typical sweets and pastries, with all you could possibly want to try in Sicily! Impeccable service and great localization (in the very center of Noto) are the perfect corollary to this wonderful bar

There aren't many flavours to choose from nor does the gelato look that enticing, but once the spoon is inserted to ones mouth you will understand why this ice cream is considered top notch. I had pistachio and ricotta! Great service, clean inside and outside. Tasty biscuit and cake selection, coffee is good.

A treat of a cafe. The place is a delight. The Gellato worth the visit and the overall ambience a delight. My regret is that we had driven a fair way so had a good way back to our holiday house in temperatures that would possibly spoil the patisserie on offer. If push came to shove I wish I had... More

Granita is average but not up to the place name; I was expecting it to be top quality. Brioche is very ordinary. Cannolo is averagely good and so is the Cassatina. Portions are way too small according to the sicilian standards. This place is overrated.

One of the must accurate producer of Sicilian patisserie without any doubt, from the ice creams with tastes like basil or almonds to outstanding cannoli and to finish with a savarin al Marsala which was outstanding! I highly recommend a stop at this Caffe. The only are of improvement are the chairs at the tables outside, not the most comfortable... More
