I really really wanted to like this place. Heard it was the best pizza in Monopoli but honestly I was just disappointed. I do have high standards and always do lots of research, but found it was just average. Firstly the menu is huge and...a bit confusing, doesn’t make it easy to pick a dish! The food overall, felt very under seasoned. I had a zucchini pizza with tomatoes, balsamic glaze and my husband had a pizza that was much better than mine - but still felt like it was lacking salt and basic seasoning. Maybe I came on a bad day/picked the wrong dishes, but I did ask the waiter and these were what was recommended.More

Delicious pizza in Monopoli

I won’t pretend that I ate at every pizzeria in Monopoli, but this place was great. Delicious pizza with a great choice of toppings and bases. The hardest part was choosing! The service was friendly and we really appreciated the air-conditioned room inside on a...hot summer’s night. Be sure to try one of the local wines, which go well with the meal and are very well priced. Totally recommended!More

Great place to eat

Amazing pizzas in a great local atmosphere with friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend eating there if in Monopoli. Very popular so would definitely book in advance

Disappointing

The best part of our evening was a plate of antipasti. It was a great selection of meat and cheese. The rest of the food was ok, but without any special taste. Pizza was correct. In both pasta dishes there was no spicyness or taste...- it was very flat. We left the restaurant rather disappointedMore

Great taste and variety!

We went for dinner and had 3 different pizzas, all 3 were great. The variety of pizzas si huge with some most likely you will never come across anytime soon. The place looked clean and nice and the staff was prompt and pleasant. The pizza...is a decent size so you will not walk out hungry. Very happy with the decision to eat here.More

Very good pizza experience

There are many choices of different pizza in the restuarant and in addition, it is possible to specify the flour, base, and consistency, all the way down to type of mozzarella. My pizza crust was still light despite being stuffed with ricotta and walnuts. I...really don't think that I have ever had a better pizza.More

Delicious parmigiana melanzane, great pizzas even GF, staff moderate

Food was delicious. The parmigiana melanzane as a starter is just heaven, so tender and delicious. The pizza menu is extensive, with 5 different options for crust (even GF). Restaurants is quite big, so also great for families. Only remark would be that the service...staff has difficulty to smile. Hope this will change over time, as the kitchen staff is great :)More

THE ultimate pizza heaven in Monopoli :)

This place is a combination of delicious food, great service, and great prices. I have not seen such a big pizza selection anywhere else, and they do offer pizza both with and without tomato sauce as the base. Their dough is thin and crispy, just...how we like it. It has been and will still be my go to place for the best pizza when I am in town. We definitely recommend to all of you to try it out.More

Tasty Takeout Crafted Pizza

Having done a bit of passing on foot research on acquiring some good quality pizza for eat in, on our last night in Monopoli. Settled on this place, back of the cathedral - using back streets took only 2 t get back to our sun...terrace!!! in the old town and quaff with some local Puglian beer. Spoilt for Choice with selection .They served us rapidly as they had just opened but it was a Friday night and as was said they get VERY busy with local trade- which says everything tho!!.Took 2 takeout pizzas to enjoy + they were delic. They Don't want you to wait in the resturant tho..so best to wait in the fumey rd outside.More
