We were inspired by the choice of the name of our bistro and for the search for dishes to what makes Fabriano special, the art of paper. From the Cambora, the place where the paper was packaged, our "Cambora" was born. Here you will find dishes with quality raw materials prepared with a pinch of creativity. Everything will be accompanied by the best wines, craft beers, cocktails and spirits such as whiskey and rum. Now relax and feel at home.

Visited Fabriano for 3 days and went to La Cambora twice. First night for drinks & nibbles. Our experience was so good, we returned the following evening for dinner. The food, service and staff were excellent. I would highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem in Fabriano.

I got there few days ago with some friends.
Location: 9/10 enchanted, warm.
Food: 4/10 we got cold meat, hamburger with ingredients not mentioned on the menù and without the mentioned ones.
Service: 3/10 waiter made loads of mistakes, very slow although the number of the seats
Bill: 5/10 to be in Fabriano is quite expensive.
