I visited with family on our first evening in kefalonia. The food was authentic, home made and so delicious. Outstanding quality and portions for the price charged. Great wine and amazing atmosphere. I loved it. 100%recommend.

Great hospitality, delicious food, amazing view of sunset. It gets crowdy after 20:00 so you might have to call for reservation but its worth it. Make sure you bring a jacket with you because as the sun goes down it gets a bit cold. Best...spot in lixouri, totally recomend it!!!More

The food was absolutely fabulous - traditional Greek cuisine and not the usual taverna fare. Definitely worth the drive! The waiting staff were friendly, knowledgeable and spoke English well. Only issue was that there was no fish on the menu but if you love meat...or aubergines, this is the place for you! Best food we had in 2 weeks of travelling around the islands.More

We returned to this little gem today , having visited last year , the owners and waitress remembered us which was nice . Food was excellent quality , these guys are just so warm and friendly , we left with a complimentary bottle of wine...to take back to the uK but I have a feeling We will be enjoying it well before then !! Very nice restaurant with excellent view. Tends to be chilly at night as on mountain top. Creepy unsanitary cats but they are everywhere.

High on hill overlooking the ionian sea, great for sunset. Book in order not to get disappointed. Definitely get the fries with tomato and 4 cheeses and the succulent kontosouvli. Fantastic food, and a beautiful location. You probably need to book in advance, but the guys are v quick to respond on Facebook. Great meat pie and delicious pork belly. The fried veg are also fab. Worth a taxi ride!

I visited this place 2 years ago and another time this year and I have to say everybody should know about this place. The food is diverse and tasty while also being served quickly. So if you happen to be in a hurry and you...really want something tasty to go this is the place for you. The atmosphere is very pleasant and somehow familial and the view is something worth seeing especially if you take a seat outside. The menu is relatively broad and explained so that 90% of people that know the basics of English can understand the ingredients of every dish. About the staff, they are very friendly and able to maintain a happy and healthy mood for every customer which is a feature not many restaurants put an emphasis on but is actually one of the most important ones. Overall, I would recommend Ladokolla Stin Plagia for its reasonable prices, quality food, lively staff, and interesting indoor design.More
