My husband wanted to go based on the reviews that they cook excellent honey ribs here. Unfortunately, he was disappointed... Considering the price, he was not at all excited, he expected it to be better. But the portion was not small, it was sufficient. She wasn't very busy. But the beer is good...

If you are a beer person this is the very place for you. You can try several local lagers. The best about the restaurant is the building itself and rooms. Nicely decorated with expositions which exhibit process of making beer, tankards, photos etc. Definitelly worth to visit. Plenty of sits inside the restaurant so as outside. Really packed in summer hot days because nobody can miss it. The brewery is situated just at the entry of the old city couple of steps from the bridge. There is a small souvenir shop where you can buy bottled beer and small gifts. Staff are Ok but not all off them are eager to work hard...

I had pork knuckle and tasted several different beers. My favourite was ruby and the smoked one is also nice.

Three years ago this place had good fat pork and an hour long show. Today it was a bony... thing, low fat. As for the show, it was a bored couple with an accordion, a drum-thing which was used off-beat and six screeched songs.
Save your money, go somewhere else.

Make sure you make a reservation! We didn't have one on a Saturday and we had to sit outside, which was chilly. I'm a huge fan of Czech cuisine, but went for the fried cheese,which was fantastic. The Ruby beer is fantastic and I bought more to go!

Lot of money for less than average meals and no service. Do yourself a favor and look for other place to have your lunch/dinner during your visit of Loket.

We had excellent meal of pork knuckle, ribs and gulash and enjoyed it thoroughly. Beer is a bit bitter, but ok. Inside there is a great museum of mineral water drinking cups

First a recommendation. Stay clear of the red meat. We had one dish of pork steak and well, lets not get into the quality of the meat. However can really recommend the chicken with spinach and goat cheese. And the beer is nice and the place is done up to perfection.

I booked a tour & one of our stops was the town of Loket , Czech Republic. We saw the Castle & ate here for lunch. We got to eat the suckling pig! It was fantastic . So tender & tasty. We even got to see them bring it out if the ground. We got salad , potatoes, stuffed mushrooms & a warm vegetable mentally . They have a verity of beer on tap, as it is a family brewery. We did not partake, optioning for the kiwi lemonade. Everything was delicious & big portions.

I visit the place twice and every time is was packed with German tourists who flocked here in large groups. It seems to be the main source of income as staff only concentrates on them. Talking to friends who have been there as well, everybody has the same opinion. It took us more than an hour to get seated.
We tasted all their beers and most of them were OK. Food seemed to be expensive, so we skipped that.
