The breakfast I had there was very nice (no cheap bacon or sausage) and so From what I have seen the food is good and the place is worth visiting. I would give them another call at least and then mention that you had not had a previous call back from them.

I'm answering my own question. I just found the phone number for Biltons and rang them. They don't have a website. They are open Wed to Sunday but not Sunday evening. Their opening hours are 11:00 - 3:00 and 6:oo - 9:00. I have no ideas of their prices or the menu but without a website no one is going to find out. I am surprised they choose not to have a website and rather disappointed as that is half of the fun of eating out is searching for a good place to eat.
