He described every dish, Digeo is what made Hijole the BEST experience I’ve ever had. Diego alone will be the reason I come back! Enjoy Hijole, the fish tacos and fajitas are the best on the menu in my opinion. I highly recommend!

Flautas on point and the spicy margarita was spot on. I had 2! Our server Vargas was great at suggesting and bringing everything in a timely manner. My New Mexican go to spot near my home!

HiJole is the restaurant that I encourage everyone to visit as soon as they land! They delightfully allow you to eat with your luggage snug against the wall. Our server, Saricka, is always personable and efficient! The manage, Victor is wonderful & makes sure we are well taken care of!

Poor culinary experience

Food presentation was poor. We were the first customers, order immediately and other tables received their food first. Not all the plates were served as requested. Incorrect bread. Bathroom without toilet paper, at morning hours Music was not aligned with restaurant decor. Too expensive for what it’s offered, including the experience. The waitress was nice and polite. We won’t return to this restaurant. Feedback is a gift, I hope they work on this areas for the future of their business. Thank you.

Cool place, take visa and amex. Food ok.

We walked from Courtyard Marriott Beach Isla Verde. About 10 minutes. It felt secure. The restaurant place is Cool, tables are a nice distance from each others. Staff very friendly. Speak good english. Service a little slow but we are in vacation. Wrong wine color, fine I drank the red, the other drink we had to remind the waiter. Shrimps quesadillas. Very good with a sweet sauce, and I am not a sweet buds person. And a Burrito shredded chicken. It was more like a chicken paté rolled unp like a huge cigar. No beens inside or maybe they are pated too and mix with the chicken paté?!. No salad. No nothing only chicken meat. I paid the extra $2 to get the little side guacamole and tea spoon sour cream. 2 drinks. 2 main. $65 + tips. They take visa and amex.

Overall my family and I had a good experience. The waiters were friendly and understanding, also the atmosphere cool and good. Hijole’s menu has something for everyone from vegan to vegetarian. Everyone enjoyed their meal and would eat here again. Also very good drinks.
