Great value

The chicken plate is my favorite. It's so incredibly tender. Great flavor and great value. It's not a fancy place but the taste makes up for that. If I was a local, that would be a weekly stop for me.

A must stop for the best chicken and side dishes on the Island. It's mostly take out but tables are available. A lot of people love the pork ribs which tend to be fatty.

Was recommended by the lady who owned our vacation rental and she was spot on. This is a no frills place for sure, but the food is awesome. Roasted pork, pork ribs, chicken, chicken sausage and several other things. 1st time there I just told the lady at the counter to give me enough of everything for 4 people and... More

We had just landed in San Juan and we're starving, we found this place and hesitated because the line was so long, but we ended up waiting and it was well worth the wait. We got the 1/2 lb of pernil and 1/2 lb chicken and Arroz con gandules for $20. It's not a high end restaurant but it's good... More

Plan on a line that is AT LEAST 40 minutes. This restaurant is on "island time". The lines are long and mostly locals. With that said you will not be sad that you waited. The menu is small but delicious. BBQ Ribs BBQ Whole Chicken Roasted Pork Shoulder Blood Sausage Chicken Sausage Yucca (I think) Plantain Rice There may be... More

Had to get a quick bite before heading to El Yunque. My son loves the rice and beans. I'm partial to the chicken sausage. Feeds family of 4 for less than $20.00. Be a bit adventurous and try this local delight. Spanish is a big help, otherwise you can just point. Happy eating.

It's good but it has slow customer service and little attending. The food it's great and also it's always full of people and it has no airconditioner so in the afternoon it can be pretty hot

I was told to go here from a coworker who also is from here. He told me this was a place I must go if I wanted authentic Puerto Rican food and he was not wrong. A few other people told me not to go by myself late at night but I was with another guy and it was around... More

Always busy with many people in line. Several staff speak English, not many. BBQ ribs were wonderful. I ordered sweet potato and brought them on the plain. Very close to airport and there is a gas station near by. Great place to feed your self and your car as it is very close to the airport.
