We were in Bridgnorth for the day and popped into Baileys for lunch. There was a lot of choice, even for smaller, light bite meals. The lasagna was particularly good and my partner enjoyed the chicken which was cooked to perfection. We chose to eat on the first floor which was more pleasant than the ground but, of course, it... we visited here on Saturday for a family Birthday. Upon arrival we where greeted by the staff with a nice smile and a welcome. There is a good selection of drinks available. The food was excellent, with a good selection on the menu and at a good price. You also get plenty for your money. Overall it's a great place... More

Popped in for a quick lunch and I was impressed with the wide variety of options. We opted for light snacks, which were delicious. The only bad point I could make was the bacon was extremely fatty and I had to cut most of it off, apart from this though we both enjoyed our meals. The staff were very friendly... More

A variety of offerings on the standard menu as well as a few vegetarian options. Some generous portions and an impressive dessert case.. access for the less able is restricted by the steps into the Bistro and even to the main floor. Bailey's is a frequent for lunch stop for us and we are rarely disappointed.

The restaurant is in a great place, in the middle of the High Street. It is an old and well-preserved building, which creates a lovely atmosphere. A very nice place to enjoy a Sunday roast, for £8,75. A generous meal for little money. You can choose beef or pork and it is served with vegetables and Yorkshire pudding. The food... More

We booked a Monday lunch time table for two on recommendation by the window. On arrival we were delighted by the interior & the layout which suggested a great venue for a good lunch. we were greeted by a pleasent young chap who provided menus, pointed out the specials board & directed us to our table upstairs by the promised... I ate here on Friday night with friends. Such a lovely building. The service was excellent and staff were really friendly. I had the steak, mushroom and Guinness pie, with Stilton (the Stilton is optional and a little more expensive, but only by about 40p). There was so much steak in there and it was really tasty. I would definitely... More

We popped into Bailey's Bistro and Wine Bar for a quick snack before going to a concert. Shared baked Camembert (with Cointreau) starter. Quite decadent, we thought we were back in Paris. Dressed crab salad and steak, mushroom and Guinness pie main meals. Both were enormous portions, especially the pie, with loads of vegetables and salad. Really enjoyable, satisfying meal,... More
