We were shocked! How something so delicious could be so inexpensive :) jurček plate...very tasty, pizza also, desserts just what you need to top of a good meal. Craft beer available for those of us that cherish it ;) The service is fast and kind, toilets very clean, so I must reccomend you should visit them when in Zreče :)

Last visited Guesthouse Jurček in June 2020 and it is great to see some things never change. The mushroom soup, beefsteak with boletus sauce, štruklji for dessert and service were all top notch. .. even after all these years! Very reasonable priced as well.

We are a regular guests at this place. They offer traditional food where is occasionally prepared pork or lamb from grill or orher specialities from fish. I would recommend their burger event on summer on the outside terrace. Would recommend this place to people who love local food, local people and good atmosphere.

After a day of relaxing in Terme Zreče, my wife and I visited Gostilna Jurček because of the good reviews on Trip Advisor. Despite the extremely friendly waiter, the experience was disastrous. There were pieces of ham on the pizza, as if they were leftovers, it was undercooked. The fried chicken salad plate was too sour, too salty; the salad was old and stale. Homemade (???) noodles with porcini mushrooms were overcooked, the sauce as if it had been reheated five times. I do not recommend!

This was the worst expetience ever. It was a party of 9. We were a bit in a hurry but we understood that it is crowded. We wsited for waitress for 10 minutes. I did not get what I ordered but okay. Than we asked for glassrs snd ice and she brought empty glasses and asked us if we wsnt ice too. For drinks we actuall waited for 25 minutes snd for food 50. I saw wsitress bring wrong orders to neighbour table 3 times. Halo! So we finslly got food but I did not get it. I adked after a few minutes ans she rudely said that it is in the furnace. Who? My noodles with mushrooms. Than 10 minutes later she csme ynd sait they fo not have noodles and I said: you tell me that now? She did not offer anything else so I was hungry. Never experienced such ruddness and bad service before. I'd sack that kind of staff right away. It keeps new customers away from probsbly okay restaursnt but becsuse of this they will never see me again. And to top it all: 2 people behind our desk had noofles too and they got them. Owner of this restaursnt should really consider what staff he or dhe hires.

Dear Sir or Madam. I made an inquiry about your concern. On this exact day, there was a seminar in the neighbouring establishment, specifically in Terme Zreče. To be honest, we were not expecting such a large group coming in the restaurant unannounced at the same time. One waiter for 60+ people is mission impossible. Moreover, I would really like to point out- please make the reservation in advance. Nevertheless, I would like to apologise in the matter of employees for making your visit at us the worst, as you described. We are really trying to make our guests happy, and not reverse. To make it up to you, I would like to invite you for a free noodles with mushroom. I assure you better and faster service. I hope our path will cross again in a better way than last time. Till then, best regards.

We had a dinner last month in Guesthouse Jurcek, which is right on the way to so called 'Pot med krosnjami' in Rogla. We have tried beef steak with mushroom sauce and home made wild garlic gnocchi. The food was amazing and the portions were satisfying. I would recommend it.

They offer slovenian traditional cuisine, along with fishes an grill. Food us amazing an portions are huge. We had an amazing beef soup with home made noodles, after pork fillet medallions in spicy sauce were followed accompanied with so called ‘sirovi struklji’.

We had mushroom soup with buckwheat (gobova juha z ajdovi žganci). Both freshly homemade and you can tell. Good tasting, no frills, classic food.
Staff was kind and polite. I rate the ambient with medium, not the prettiest, a bit close to the road, but in walking distance to the spa.
Would recommend, if you want good homemade food for reasonable prices.

We are a regular guests at winter time here. They have nice accommodation with very good food. Mushroom dishes are outstanding. It is a family restaurant, where you feel very welcomed. I can not wait for next winter to come here again.

We visited Jurček yesterday when we returned from hiking on Lovrence lakes. Based on previous opinion we were a bit sceptical if the dogs are allowed in the restaurant. When we came we asked waitress if the dogs are allowed. She kindly said they are allowed but they are going to ask the table next to us if they 'have a problem with it'. So having dogs in the restaurant is fine, you just need to ask kindly first. The food was really nice, also the personnel was super friendly. We will definitely return when we will go to Rogla. Mushroom soup was outstanding, and also Pizzas are suuper nice.

The place is very nice and in the center of the city, near the Terme Zrece. They serve local food and the staff that works there is very nice and friendly.
They have the best pizza and local fresh food.
The best for family and friends and the quality and prices are good.
Must visit.

We visited the restaurant twice within our one week stay.
The food is great & you can geht selfmade lemonade.
Waiters are a little bit hasty but very friendly.
