Burgers at Klubar are the best in Kranj, and rank among the best in Slovenia. And at €7 it's an amazing bargain for the quality. I am shocked that this gem is still an under-ranked secret on TripAdvisor.
I'm a huge fan and discerning critic of gourmet burgers, and I must say the "KluBar burger" is impressive. The beef patty is juicy and delicate, the veggie toppings are excellently proportioned, and the bread is of balanced density and supportive, not too soft and airy. All ingredients are very fresh. The assembly is sturdy and presentation meticulous. Kudos to the chefs!
As with most burgers in Slovenia however, I personally do strongly recommend ordering the burger with the sauces on the side. Apparently the default in Slovenia is to drench meat (including burgers) in overly-copious sauce, resulting in a wet mess soaking the bread, which falls apart half-way through the meal. More tragically, a deluge of sauce overpowers and masks the texture and taste of the beef patty, which in the case of this burger is a particularly egregious sin.

Traditional food with a modern twist, a few (but fabulous) choices, also burger. Not the cheapest, but let's support quality.

We were at KluBar just before Saturday night fever. The band was rehearsing, tables were moved, the bar just got its evening glow and we came for quick dinner. We ordered burgers and beer.
The food menu is short but offers everything you need for quick comfort delight. All comes with small and genuine Bine's touch. I just love his food.
I was sorry we came here just for short time and had no time to stay for the whole evening/night.
I will be back :)

You can choose from a variety of different food choices (soup, salades, traditional food and burgers - among others they also have vegetarian plant based meat burger), which are well prepared and delicious. They have some healthy options also, we only missed whole grain bread option, since they only offer white bread. The bar is otherwise also known as a live concert venue offering concerts at the weekends. Cheers to their beer.

Fun night out and great food. Čufte at Klubar is such an amazing dish. They taste divine and I would highly recommend giving them a try. This is one of my new favourite spots and my go-to place for Čuftar. Authentic and delicious!

The funky musical vibes can be felt even at noon. A youthful place and venue but don’t let that fool you! The food is fresh and meticulously prepared, flavoursome and hearty. A lovely and surprising discovery and whether you’re after some nosh or a healthy salad you can expect to leave full and happier.

Been there with a couple of friends on Saturday evening as there was a summer vibe on the terasse, live music, open-air jazzy style... we saw some burgers being eaten at the next table and we decided to order as well - a decision well made, as the food was super tasty, casual service made everything a memorable experience. Worth a visit.
