Excellent, excellent food and vino! Small place, best to call ahead if it's already evening. This was recommended to us by our hosts at Cretaiole and it did not disappoint. Reasonably priced, outstanding in every way.

We just shared lunch yesterday with new friends here as arranged by Tuscan Magic Wine Tours...which is in itself fabulous. La Buca has just 4 tables seating maybe 14 people. The owner speaks Italian & German - which never fails to keep us from being well fed. Our host driver arranged lunch for us and we chose based on his... More

A tiny restaurant as others have said but well worth the effort of making a booking. Fantastic food - the pork, the wild boar and the ravioli were exceptional. Portions were generous so be careful! The proprietor was very welcoming and friendly. A must !!!!!

We always return to this tiny restaurant (14 covers) whenever we visit Tuscany. The food is always great with Dad front of house and mama in the kitchen. I had handmade pici the local pasta with tomato, basil and garlic today, with a sprinkle of Parmesan. Simple but delicious and of course accompanied by a large glass of house wine.... More

Don't be fooled by the tiny unpretentious looking stuzzicheria..the food is delicious and the service great. Just yummy with drinks too. When you arrive you are given bread and salami while you consider the menu. We had pici with tomato, garlic and basil (great) and the tortellini (great) a Prosecco and a red then a lemoncello to finish. Paid €44... More

This restaurant is an absolute gem! Seating is limited to 20 covers and the proprietor runs it single handedly. The food was of the best my wife and I ate while in Tuscany. It is not often that food smells and looks this good before you have even started eating. The meal was mindblowingly good. Do not miss this place......

When in La Buca di Enea you HAVE TO try a plate of ham and sausage and their pasta! Its toscanian and home made and we emptied our plates even though we werent too hungry. :) The host absolutely loves what he is doing and we could taste it in the food. Unforgettable experience!

This tiny restaurant is divine. We had to wait a bit, but it was well worth it. We shared by he tomato caprese salad, ravioli, and wild boar. All were excellent. We sat next to the lady who operates the bike rental store next door. She gave us great Intel on Italian cooking and best biking months in Italy.

We visited this small restaurant during our 3 day visit in Pienza. We read good critics and wanted to try it out. First of all Antonio, the guy who runs the place, is a fantastic host. All the pasta we tried in the 2 times we ate there (yes we returned for more) were great. Its not a place with... More

The smallest restaurant I've ever been to - can seat maybe 20 people, but lovely food! Best Caprese (sweetest, tastiest tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella). We had lasagne and pasta with mushrooms for main course. This was followed by a complimentary Grappa, Lemon or Liquirizia liqueur. Highly recommended!
