This is a small little place in Pienza so best to make a reservation. The food is simple but delicious Tuscan. Don't miss the grilled veggies and the cinghale is wine. House wine is good too,

La Buca di Inea was a truly memorable dining experience. My wife and I had a truly outstanding meal while on our trip to Italy. We shared a green salad with tomatoes that was as large as it was good. It was big enough for four people at a very reasonable price and was very fresh and delicious. My wife... More

We had an amazing lunch here. A small little place, great food. We had a selection of cheeses to start which was amazingly good and then had the lasagne and Picci all'aglione. It was the best lasagne we ate and the Picci was perfect too. A must go!

Just had a terrific meal at Antonio and Gabriella's place. We liked it so much, our best meal in the region, that my girlifriend asked for a picture with Antonio! Crostini with tomatoes, garlic and oil was the best we ever tasted, the picci were delicious and service was fast and efficient yet not pushy at all. It's a tiny... More

Found this lovely little place in Pienza and had a lovely authentic rustic Italian lunch - exactly as it should be! Would definitely recommend.

We stopped in here for an early dinner one night. Upon trying to open the door, it was locked. In the same instant, the owner came up behind us and unlocked the door, seated us, took our order and cooked our dinner!! He could not have been more pleasant. our dinner with the parings, were all very good! My husband... More

Excellent, excellent food and vino! Small place, best to call ahead if it's already evening. This was recommended to us by our hosts at Cretaiole and it did not disappoint. Reasonably priced, outstanding in every way.

We just shared lunch yesterday with new friends here as arranged by Tuscan Magic Wine Tours...which is in itself fabulous. La Buca has just 4 tables seating maybe 14 people. The owner speaks Italian & German - which never fails to keep us from being well fed. Our host driver arranged lunch for us and we chose based on his... More

A tiny restaurant as others have said but well worth the effort of making a booking. Fantastic food - the pork, the wild boar and the ravioli were exceptional. Portions were generous so be careful! The proprietor was very welcoming and friendly. A must !!!!!

We always return to this tiny restaurant (14 covers) whenever we visit Tuscany. The food is always great with Dad front of house and mama in the kitchen. I had handmade pici the local pasta with tomato, basil and garlic today, with a sprinkle of Parmesan. Simple but delicious and of course accompanied by a large glass of house wine.... More
