Very good food, tasty, meat in some red wine sous is very good, ravioli also is beautifull. White home wine is ok, nothing special, but you can drink 2 glasses. Place is nice, and garden is also nice.

Had a very nice dinner in the garden settings outside. Staff was nice and helpful and the food was excellent. Best restaurant experience I had in Pienza.

Service was poor. You don't get a wine glass if you drink house wine only the tumbler on the table! We ordered caprese but the tomatoes were very over ripe and we were told they were out of season- why serve it if it's out of season but we had lovely tomatoes in other restaurants. Second course of chicken salad... More

We had a great dinner at La Chipcciola while visiting Pienza for a couple hours. As soon as you walk in, you know you have found something special. The place is very uniquely decorated and the service was top notch. Of course the Italian food was incredible, but coming from Texas, we are particular about our beef and steaks, and... More

We loved the pasta here more than the Rick Steves recommended restaurant in Siena. Unfortunately no pizza for lunch but loved the pasta. Only downside was the bread wasn't very flavorful. And right next to parking!

The restaurant is simple but exactly what you need at Pienza. Pasta and Meat with a good local wine ( try always the local wines at Tuscany ). Food well prepared with some local touch. Parking is available nearby. Try the local wine offer by them, very honest.

Small restaurant located a few blocks from the tourist part of town down a side street but easy to find. Worth the walk. We liked the down to earth homey atmosphere & when we told the waiter we liked the food, he got his mother-in-law, who is the cook, out of the kitchen. She didn’t speak any English but we... More

We had eaten here several years ago and enjoyed the experience. We decided to go back when we recently revisited Pienza. Where do I begin? The house wine was undrinkable. It was thin, sour, and insipid. Serving wine like that in Toscana should be against the law. I asked the waitress to take it away as it was undrinkable. She... More

Despite non-central location in our favorite Tuscan city, it is its family no-pretence atmosphere and great food that brings back over the years. One of the best mix of bruschetas. Pasta with truffles is simple but incredibly mouthfiling. Good for families with small children

Lost in a small village in the middle of Tuscany (just going there is already beautiful!) This restaurant offers great quality food for affordable prices. The staff is really nice, and it's 2 minutes away from Pienza's centre.
