Inspired by some great past lunch experiences, we went there for dinner. Feeling lucky that we got a front row table on the terrace with the panoramic view, we soon came to realise that only this - the view - was the highlight this evening. The turnout on the evening was a mix of guests staying at the holiday houses... More

We ate here every night that we stayed at the Agriturismo. Very good value, very good food! The kids could run around and play at the multiple play areas while parents dined. Such a happy place.

We ate here almost every night of our Tuscany stay. Thanks for the delicious meals Anna! The local house wine was perfect with all of our meals. The pasta was always perfectly cooked as expected when in Italy. The specials were a treat to switch up the menu options and the salads were always very fresh. Everything pleased our entire... More

We ate most dinners and breakfast everyday at this restaurant while we stayed here. Everything was freshly prepared from food raised on the farm. Delicious.

We had three yummy meals here during our stay down the road. The first time we went here, we had just arrived at our accommodation and were unable to buy groceries anywhere. The restaurant had not yet opened for dinner, but they still went out of their way to put together a great meal for us. They also have a... More

The view is awesome. The pasta is wonderful, and they will make something if you don't see it on the menu. They make their own wine and we sampled it every day

Didn't need reservations and food was very good. Best caprese salad we had. You can purchase wines there...great if you are staying at a villa nearby and don't want to head all the way to town. And they do custom pizza night too!

We stayed at the agriturismo that this restaurant is a part of - we really enjoyed eating there. The menu only has a few dishes to choose from, but that's part of the appeal. The views over the olive groves and to the hills in the distance all add to the ambience.

Description
Finely restored, the restaurant is located at the entrance of the small hamlet of Agriturismo Montalbino. The interior is extremely attractive: in the main dining room the eye rests, on one side, on the open roasting pit protected by a large window surrounded by the words of a typical Tuscan recipe written on the wall, on the other, through a large window the view stretches as far as the hills and the valley of Montalbino. Whatever the occasion “La Lombricaia” will allow to taste the flavours of Tuscany directly at our tables.
