Although the service is not top class, the food was great, the location nice and the overall atmosphere friendly. I would surely recommend this place and am looking forward to go back.

We were served late at lunchtime, very quickly by nice staff. They didn't have fish if he day though so we had frito misto which was ok, never my favourite for a main meal. Tomato salad was a tomato cut into chunks and slapped on a plate. We may have made bad choices but our food was rather average.

We ordered tuna as it is was the right season. Well it was dry tuna. Even the one I ordered in tomatosauce was dry! The stars are for the service that was O.K. Setting is very nice.

This is one of my regular go to places when I am in town. Simple straightforward seafood always fresh and fast and nice house wine. I like that the restaurant has outdoor seating on both sides of the street and the atmosphere created by the locals going about their business and chatting from open balconies and curtain adorned doorways. I... More

Tucked away in a street off the seafront, this place is a real gem. Fish lovers will be delighted. Tasty & textured tuna and swordfish carpaccio were followed by a divine spaghetti marinara and fregola with crab. All dishes were seasoned perfectly and the price very reasonable.

Incredibly friendly staff and owner, who put on a assorted spread of starters all of which were delicious. The abundant primi and secondi were cooked to perfection!

antipasti di mare.... a kebab of mozzarella and mushrooms??? I'm giving this restaurant a 3 star rating mainly because the waiter was a nice guy, overall i think the food in Carloforte is below average but this restaurant was definitly the worst. i will go back to Carloforte once the tuna hunt is open, during the down season the food... This restaurant looks very cozy and colourfull. The pasta tasted very good and the staff was willing to give us some advice about the best places to visit on the island!

This restaurant is just exceptional! You will experience a wide range of fish dishes and especially a lot of tuna based ones! But there are also a lot of pasta dishes with are worth trying! I really enjoyed the Carbonara di mare and the pasta with mussels (cozze) and clums! Bottarga fillets (tuna eggs) are also incredible! Even the desserts... More

We came here for dinner after quizzing one of the locals where to do. Our table was located in a small alley outside the restaurant, which is typical for european places. The house wine was decent: I never expect too much but compared to the prices for bottles it was worth it. My pasta with tiny shrimps, cream, chopped fresh... More
