Oh my goodness, what a wonderful little restaurant! We were recommended this delightful restaurant by our B&B host and we are so glad he did. Lo Stuzzichino is a family run restaurant with great food and a warm atmosphere. All food is freshly cooked to order in the open plan kitchen, I had the pork fillet which was divine and my husband had the veal, it melted in your mouth, the price was very good for the high quality of food. Would highly recommend. A delightful touch was the complimentary shuttle service which picked us up and dropped us off, thank you.

My husband and I went to Lo Stuzzicchino for dinner. At 8 pm, it was still quite empty, and the restaurant filled up around 9pm. We were greeted with big warm smiles, and felt immediately very welcome.
I ordered a degustation menu for EUR 55, which consisted of 5 dishes, starting from baby octopus in light sauce, lemon scented ravioli alle vonole, mozzarella filled fish fillets, followed by sword fish steak and lemon cheese cake for dessert. My husband ordered a regional menu of 4 dishes for EUR 45. We asked for a bottle of Greco di Tufo to go with our food, and the friendly waitress recommended a very decent local wine.
Food was excellent. My husband raved about melon-mozzarella-parma ham starter, which was simple, but beautifully composed of excellent ingredients, and I was truly amazed with the ravioli.
Great food, in a great atmosphere, and overall great value. Highly recommended.

We visited this restaurant whilst staying in Sorrento and this was our best food of the week!! We had fried zucchini to start which was incredible stuffed with cheese. For mains we had the chicken which was cooked perfectly and fell of the bone and the steak which was delicious. Cooked to the exact request too!
The waiters were very friendly and helpful when we needed recommendations as to what to choose and made our evening very relaxed and enjoyable. Even better the restaurant offered free pick up and drop of back to our hotel! A must restaurant to visit and if you do make sure to enjoy a Bellini or 2!
We will definitely return this restaurant when we come to Sorrento again next year.

Don’t go to Stuzzichino for good food, just go if you look for ecstatic food!! And also if you don’t want to be in thirty minds about what to chose...the menu is incredibly rich and you may regret for not trying more dishes. I loved stuffed peppers and cannelloni. Wine list won’t disappoint you. Mimmo can take you through that and give you the right suggestions given his passion for great wines. After dinner, you will likely wonder when next, as happened to us. We booked the next night too!

NEXT LEVEL, cannot miss! I don’t post often, but I am more than obligated after this meal. Best meal I’ve had in a while, not just in Italy, from NYC and this was an incredible experience.
The restaurant picked us up from our hotel in Sorrento / dropped us off after, food was beyond delicious and affordable (optional set menu - 2 options of €55 pp with 5 courses, a glass of prosecco and a bottle of wine!)… 10x better than the tourist focused restaurants in Sorrento!
Big thanks to the Michelin guide for pulling through once again and Mimo for taking excellent care of us (ask for Mimo!)! Can’t wait to come back

This restaurant is located in a very modest setting. However, once you get past the looks, you will get the Italian food experience of the lifetime. Mimo and his wife Dora will welcome you with a smile and friendly service that will make you feel like you have known them your whole life. Mimo’s mom and dad are the chefs who cook all the culinary creations that will delight your palate from the first to the last bite. Their wine list is truly extraordinary given the modest setting, and their prices, both for the food and the wine are remarkably reasonable given the quality and taste of the food as well as the excellent service. We went to this restaurant twice in 5 days and if we started longer, we would be going back again and again!
Don’t miss Marcelo on Thursday nights, who sings and plays the guitar. His range of songs include Eric Clapton, James Taylor, Bee Gees, and many great Italian standards.

We were recommended this hotel by our rep, the restaurant actually provides a courtesy car from our hotel there and back which was a brilliant service and is what swayed us to give it a go!
We got a very friendly welcome and were really pleasantly surprised at the prices when we looked at the menu considering this is a Michelin star restaurant. You pay these exact prices for an absolutely bang average restaurant in Sorrento.
The food was absolutely gorgeous, the best meal we had the whole time we were in Sorrento. We absolutely couldn't fault it. Also the wine list was amazing and we had one of the cheaper wines and was still the best wine we had through our whole visit.
The courtesy car service was great, the driver spoke little English but was so friendly and chatty regardless and advised us to have our meal and spend some time walking around the town and take our time before taking us back which was lovely, we had a wander round the town which was also very nice and quaint.
When we come back to Sorrento we will 100% return to visit. Loved it!!

Two years ago we had the best meal here of our entire vacation in Italy. Since then we have watched the host, owner and lead chef, Mimmo, post videos about the food he grows in his garden and how important it is to source locally as many ingredients as possible. We returned to find Mimmo and his Lo Stuzzichino even better than before. Other than tables being spaced further apart, Lo Stuzzichino seems to be unaffected by the last 18 months or so. If anything, Mimmo has made his restaurant even better. Wanting to enjoy a broad selection of offerings from his menu, we chose the "Menu Promozionale Premiate Trattorie Italiane" for our dinner. With each course, the food delighted us. We asked the waiter for his recommendation for the wine and we found them to be perfect pairings with our food. We lingered at the table enjoying each course from appetizer through dessert, aperitivo to amaro. When you eat at Lo Stuzzichino, you will have more than a meal, you will have an experience. Like us, you will count the days until you return to see Mimmo's big smile and enjoy his fine food.

We came to Lo Stuzzichino (after having made a reservation because the place ended up being fully packed) to celebrate my son's birthday. This place is a great venue with delightful and accommodating personnel, and superb food at a very reasonable price when considering the quality of the food served.
We shared two house appetizers (Antipasto Stuzzichino), and three others consisting of grilled seasonal vegetables, eggplant parmigiana, and the meatballs of Mamma Filomena.
Most main dishes consisted of seafood pasta. A couple of bottles of great regional red wine accompanied our meal and we finished our meal with their amazing desserts.
If you are in the area this restaurant is a must.

My husband, myself, and two teen boys had dinner here two nights ago. We ate outside on the restaurant’s covered patio. The head waiter, who is the adult son of the chef, suggested several dishes for each part of the meal. We had three appetizers, raviolis for the pasta course, and three dishes for the main course which were a sea bass fillet, steak, and lamb chops. For dessert we had the baba al rum and the lemon bombs/cake. It was the perfect amount of food. The service was impeccable and attentive, and the courses arrived with perfect timing. We might have to go back before we leave the area! I highly recommend a visit.

A must stop if you are in the Sorrento/Amalfi area! This is a second generation run restaurant with the amazing atmosphere and food we all hope for when looking for a family run place. Dominic, the owner, takes great care of everyone that walks through the door, while his parents both works in the kitchen. Locally produced ingredients (the family has a large garden near the restaurant) makes for great food. They even have a shuttle service so you can get picked up and dropped off if you don’t feel like making the drive.

We had a really good meal at this restaurant and definitely the best we came across in Sorrento.
We both enjoyed our three courses and the local (red) wine by the glass was by far the best “house” wine we encountered, and all at a reasonable price, The service was good too and the live music was a bonus (not always the case as far as I’m concerned!).
It’s twenty mins by car or bus from Sorrento but can highly recommend it if you’re at or near the village of St Agata.

We had dinner twice in the restaurant. We were enchanted by the food we had, the service we received and the cosy and friendly atmosphere. One can not help enjoying every minute there. You see people that love their jobs whether they are waiters, the cooks or Paolo - the chef and the owner. We chose different dishes. Everything was flawless! It is highly recommended to reserve a table beforehand.

Friendly restaurant with lovely family vibe. We liked it very much and returned. We enjoyed very tasty dishes and my daughter who is nine was well catered for as well. The service was very good but not intrusive, informative and helpful. We felt so thankful and lucky to be away and to be able to enjoy such a great restaurant was perfect!

Wednesday last week, we walked in Lo Stuzzichino with our family of five for dinner without a reservation. The restaurant was fully booked and the only tables available were outside. As it was getting a bit chilly at night, Mimmo was quick to come up with a solution and welcomed us into their beautifully decorated tasting room where we enjoyed a fabulous three course dinner. The quality of the fresh local produce was superb and the food was accompanied by some wonderful local wines. Mimmo checked in with us several times to make sure we enjoyed our experience at Lo Stuzzichino. Great hospitality, seamless service, fantastic food and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
