This seems like a really good place and the food was excellent but unfortunately the service was not up to speed. The waiter did not bring us any water and after inquiring we were told that the draft beer dispenser had no CO2.
Truly enjoyed this place. The tacos were super fast and delicious and the staff attentive. No doubt, all of Santa Elena is touristy, but this place builds in some local feel.
