group of four visited for lunch, friendly staff and nice ambiance. Good selection on menu, portion sizes were large if a touch on the expensive side. The tree growing up through the middle of the restaurant is beautiful and a lot of the tables are made from carved tree trunks. Overall a very pleasant and relaxed place to dine.

This place definitely looks cool, but the service is slow and the food overpriced. You're paying for the ambiance. We had the margarita pizza which was good but not the best I had in Costa Rica. We had to ask the waiter for the check 3 times befire it came. Skip this and go to the Pandaria down the street... More

Popped in here for Lunch, really quirky as the restaurant is really build around the tree on 3 levels, big tree! and the steps actually go through the branches. Happy atmosphere, nice food, everyone happy but would say a little on the expensive side for what you get (maybe because it is a bit of a tourist attraction). What I... More

We ate her for supper one night as it looked really neat. The roof was a tree but unfortunately it rained so we got a little wet before we moved inside more. More of an expensive restaurant for the portion sizes but very nice.

This is a tourist trap. Worth visiting, but for drinks only. Everything we tried was pricy compared to food taste and quality.

We went there with the recommendation of our tour guide for dinner. Setting is very unique, food is expensive but pretty good. Definitely an experience for the entire family.

Go here for the atmosphere not the overpriced food. Wall to wall tourists here, no locals at all. The food is OK but there is a huge "lets eat in a tree" markup for the location. The location (the tree) is truly unique and very interesting. Service was great which helped them earn the 4 star rating. The food is... More

We didn't actually eat there, but the cocktails were a bit expensive. Look you're paying for the experience which is pretty cool - think a tree house for adults. It was weird being shaded by the natural canopy even during a down pour of rain...for a while anyway. Definitely worth checking out, even if it's for one drink.

Not the cheapest place to eat, but I ordered some sort of comida typica sampler and was very impressed. The atmosphere is definitely what makes this place a must visit, if only for drinks.

At the Tree House we offer a unique ambiance, we have a huge ficus tree in the middle of the restaurant. Our menu has many options, from snacks, beer and cocktails to a complete diner with a great wine. Our coffee is very special, one the best coffees in Costa Rica, we roast it ourselves and have 4 great Baristas who will make a perfect coffee, you will get incredible latte art! Our staff is very friendly. We really care about customers, so if you have any issues at the restaurant please work it out with us and we promise we will give you a satisfying solution! Thanks!
