Breakfast is fantastic. Dinner was very good and reasonable. Drinks are great and very reasonable. Wine list is sparse, but adequate. View is amazing.

Spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean! Had a variety of dishes here, food was always good. Loved getting to know the super friendly staff; Jesus, Javier & Geronimo! The "Flamming Volcano" desert was presented with flair!

We only came to eat at this establishment so the review is for that. We were looking for a place to celebrate my mum's birthday on the last day of our trip to costa rica. We heard good things about tango mar and after an hour in the car, we were looking forward to relaxing. When we arrived the main... More

The restaurant at the Tango Mar was wonderful. They had a different starter every night and had a lot of variety of the menu. The food is good but a bit pricey for the taste you get. I shall admit they try, they have good service and try to make a bit of show in front of you with e.g. some of their salads...still should we had a car, we would venture out to search for alternatives.

My husband & I really enjoyed our dinner here. The food was great & beautifully presented. Service was attentive & everyone spoke English (which was helpful as our Spanish is non-existent!). The atmosphere was amazing - colorful little fairy lights twinkling in the trees, waves pounding on the beach, latin music playing all made for an exotic holiday feel. The... More
