Great ocean view, amazing service and definitely the most delicious food in Cambados! The wine options are also fabulous and I had one of the best meals on my stay in Spain.

The restaurant offered 3 different menus for lunch. The only downside was that the whole table had to order the same menu with different choices for each. The object was to present the dishes to each diner at exactly the same time with each course having a different plate and silverware. Everything was beautifully presented and very well prepared. It... More

Superb. Very attentive and friendly staff. Original food beautifully presented. One of the best meals I have ever had - I wish the family running the restaurant well for making every effort.

We were in Cambados for one day, primarily to gorge ourselves on seafood and local wine (it also happens to be a beautiful place, for the record). After reading the reviews here, we targeted Yayo Daporta as a must try. TA reviews nailed it once again--this was a perfect dining experience. The service was exceptional and we had no issues... They were having seafood problems on the night we were there, perhaps because it had been 100 degrees that day. They took all the scallop dishes off the menu. When we were served hake (merluza) that smelled and tasted bad, we sent it back. The chef, Yayo Daporta, proceeded to come out of the kitchen and throw a tantrum at... More

Everything was quality. Small restaurant with 2 waiters. Very enjoyable meal. Decent price for what you get. The three wine tasting was worth it I probably got 6 to seven glasses of wine out of it. They refill your glass. Not a bad choice if you're looking for something fancy. Nothing really blew me away.

Of course the place is great, one of the Michelin star restaurants that I enjoyed! Food was superb, especially starter and desert. Main course was good but not great, their wine selection was also decent. But what I liked most in the restaurant were staff- all of them so friendly and helpful! The only reason I did not give 5*... We had the tasting menu for 55 euros per person and we thought it was excellent. We paired the food with 3 glasses of wine (16 euros per person) that the sommelier chose for us and we enjoyed them very much. The staff were very nice and accommodating. My favourite dish was the roasted kid which melted in the mouth!

We had heard good things about this place in the past and failed to get in last year, so we planned another trip around lunch here. It did not disappoint! The speciality is seafood and, even in an area known for it, this was outstanding. The restaurant gets five stars from me just for the first starter alone - a... More

Nice people, great food, great wines. Esther and Encarna give the smile that goes with food more than worth the detour. It is worth staying a couple of days, actually. Congratulations and wish you another remarkable decade.
