As we got hungry and urgently needed a lunch, we just selected this restaurant as we passed by. The Antipasti and the pasta we ordered was really good. A light white wine made it a "special lunch". Not to forget the very friendly staff which also found the time to explain a bit about the history of Scansano.

Our B&B recommended this place and it did not disappoint. Service was great, another authentic italian find in scansano. We had a delicious dinner and would for sure go back on our next trip to italy!

We stay 5 days at Scansano. The first day we didn't made reservation and we didn't have place. The rest of days we eat there and all was great. We came late and the place was packed, however it was not our first time visiting so we knew why! Although been here, on and off the last few years, this was the best! We were recommended the most suberb food.... Really good food, service and helpful service all over. Highly recommended.

Good food in plentiful proportions. Best if you have had little to eat for the previous 36 hours. Acquacotta and Cinghiale both recommended.

Eugenio is very friendly and helpful. Good food and great ambience :-) Really enjoyed the carpaccio wild boar and the large ravioli of ricotta and spinach with mushroom sauce.

If you are looking for the perfect tuscany dinner, you have to visit IL RFRULLO.........his bistecca fiorentina, served on the hot lavaston, his famous homemade tortelloni, his fantastic salsiccia con ruccola e tartuffo.....................everything shows the owners love to best ingredients and top-food. We visited the restaurant Rifrullo in Campobasso, Italy. We were introduced to the Chef who then took our order specific to our request. Meal was exceptional, waitress was very helpful. Very pleasant restaurant and very pleased.
