Salad should come in deep bowl & not in a plate , small portion. Chilli concarne dip came with 10 nachos no more, we asked for extra nachos but they ignored us. The main dish was a mixed Fajitas with veal & chicken, 3 thin slices of each on plate filled with tomato guacamole and some other red sauce for... More

Each afternoon we enjoy finding a cool spot to relax with a cocktail, unfortunately Cactus range of cocktails didn't appeal . The menu choice for cocktails looked good, but many were 'unavailable'. Once we selected from the available list we waited in eager anticipation, we waited and waited ..... around twenty minutes later the four cocktails eventually arrived. We were... More

Vanessa's warm welcome and freshly made mojitos and margaritas made our visits an essential end of evening ritual. Coupled with fresh crepes and fruit with great music the Cactus is definitely one of the best restaurant/bars on the seafront.

I live in Houston, Tx where margaritas and Mexican food is prevalent. After vacationing for 3 weeks in Greece and eating tons of cheese pies, gyros, and seafood this restaraunt was a nice change of pace. The location is close to the port and other dining and shopping places. The staff was nice. Now, it's not true Mexican food, but... More

After one or two 'ordinary' meals we visited the Cactus restaurant and, from the moment we sat down, we were really impressed! A fantastic hostess (Vanessa from Sheffield) and an extremely attentive waiter (George, a local lad who speaks perfect English) looked after us royally, and with a subtlety of attention that was warm, welcoming, and personal. We fancied something... More

The food here was excellent. Great variety, everything from Mexican to tradional Greek, wide menu selection. However, service was subpar. the waitress was warm and chatty with the locals but not to us American tourists. Other than that they had great fajitas, nachos, and a flavorful chicken dish (I forgot the name but it was tradional Greek). Also, relaxing vibe,... More

Honestly the coldest beers we've had which was very welcome considering the summer heat! We had a chilled afternoon enjoying our beers and playing Jenga (supplied by the restaurant) with a view of the sea and people passing by. Friendly staff and the food looked great although we never tried any - next time!

Having been in Greece for over a week I fancied a change in food. After reading some reviews on trip advisor I thought I would give cactus a try, I was not disappointed the food & service was fantastic. I had two enjoyable Mexican dishes and my girlfriend went for the Thai prawn green curry (pictured below), having both been... More
