After missing out on the previous day we came back 15 minutes before 7pm, when they open, and were able to get a table during the first round of seating's. It was completely full within the first 15 minutes of it being open. We opted...to split a few items: -Eggplant in the oven with tomato sauce and cheese -Fish roe Salad -Vine leaves stuffed with rice -Stuffed zucchini with shrimps The clear favorite was the stuffed zucchini, which was flavorful and so fresh. The fish roe salad was very good as well and the eggplant was almost like a Greek eggplant lasagna. Service was quick and they included a piece of honey soaked cake at the end as a treat.More

Excellent food! Everything on the menu sounded a little unusual so we ordered a few dishes to try ... that was a good decision! Particularly the stuffed onions and the meatballs were fantastic! But everything we ordered was worth the long queue we had to...wait in to get our seat! Definitely a recommendation in Naoussa! You will not be disappointed!More

Typical Greek restaurant with tables outside in a cute tiny street. Everything we tried was delicious, especially eggplants cooked in the oven and fried squid, unforgettable! Waiters are very kind, too. I have been more than once during my holiday and would go back tonight...if I were still there!More

Not much of an ambiance but the food is some of the best we had in Greece. The octopus in red wine sauce in particular is amazing. You have to physically stand there in line which is not ideal, but they run tables pretty fast...so you don’t actually have to wait that long (~20 min maybe).More

We are big fans of Palia Agora and had been their customers over 10 years. Being foodies and world travelers also knowing well the Aegean cuisine, we love the food offered at Palia Agora. All the dishes are authentic and presented with great flavors. You...must order stuffed onions, stuffed zucchini w/shrimp, stuffed tomatoes (if available), chickpeas, fried squid. Make sure to show before 7pm ( little early than they open the dinner service) to get a table as they don’t accept reservations ahead of time. Highly recommended!More

Good reputation, yes you can see that in the ratings Good marketing, yes, we saw that today in a blogger shooting between 18:45 and 19:15 at the restaurant. Good food, well. At least not at the level seen in the ratings but unfortunately that happens...when you can rest on old laurels for a few years because people still line up because of the good rating. Fortunately, there are island hoppers and thus enough "swipe tourists". First the positive. The Greek salad was very good and also the oven eggplant was comparable with other Greek restaurants. For this there would also be a good rating, if at the other end of the scale would not be the octopus. I did not know how one tastes that is not fresh. I have never received before fortunately. Although this was the fourth octopus during this stay in Greece. In wine sauce I had the last one in Zanzibar but other countries other wines and other herbs other taste I thought. After asking the waiter if the smell of fish comes from the preparation and how fresh the octopus is, only came the answer that it is catch fish and everything is OK. After that, my table was ignored and not served further. What am I asking such rude questions too? Although I went back half of this meal, my digestive tract said goodbye to the food about one hour later. Was probably better that way.More

For more than 10 years, we are visiting Paros during our summer vacation. Palia Agora is one of our favorite restaurants in Paros. It is a hidden gem in Naoussa. The food is very delicious. The staff is very friendly. This is a must eat...place ! If you are planning to have dinner, make sure to arrive before they open. This way, you will avoid the crowds and not wait for a table. Although the wait will be worthy also (if you come later). Their stuffed onions, stuffed zucchini, stuffed tomatoes, chickpeas, pastirma pie and fava are to die for. I will suggest to order a carafe of house rose wine to go with your meal. Highly recommended!More

This restaurant doesn’t take names for tables so you have to line up and wait. It does get very busy and we ended up waiting quite a while but it was well worth it.

Very delicious food at a great price with a lovely vibe! After reading reviews we decided to arrive at 630pm and wait until they opened at 7pm to guarantee a table without a 1-1.5 hour wait as some reviews suggested! We were glad we did...as we were not alone and by 7.05 the restaurant was full and a line created to wait! The food was very tasty and the experience was lovely! The menu is limited but they do it very well. They do not have a desert menu. Very glad we went here and would recommend!!More

I am not really sure how this is rated the second best restaurant in Naoussa. The line was so long and we heard only rave reviews so we waited. And I wish we had not. The anchovies and salad were excellent but that really was...it. The chickpeas were average at best. The small plates are a great way to eat and it is so reasonable but it certainly fell below our other meals in Paros.More

I can confirm that this lovely restaurant is well worth the wait! Average queue time was about 20 minutes but well worth it. Food all very high quality and reasonably priced.

We had an excellent dinner in this restaurant. The food was beautiful. We got the octopus cooked in wine, meatballs, and zucchini stuffed with shrimp. The flavour of the meatballs was so nice. We got here at 6:50 before it opened at 7 to join...the que. There was a line all throughout the evening for this restaurant.More
