The setting is really lovely in a walled garden. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The Vega salad was outstanding, and a meal in and of itself! The wine selection was really interesting - we had a Chardonnay/gewurtzraminer blend that was pretty tasty. However,...the main courses disappointed. I had the chicken curry and my husband had the duck pasta. Neither was good - just “off” flavors. It was really too bad given all the other pluses going for it. But if you just want a salad, you can’t go wrong with this place!More

Beautiful setting but sadly the food let it down. Several things on the menu and wine list were unavailable. When wine was ordered there was only one bottle available so we had to change. Food lacked taste and was luke warm. Chicken curry was inedible.

We had a great night at Ydroussa. If you are done with eating in crowded streets go there and enjoy their quiet and pretty patio. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The food was amazing and delicious. Nothing can go wrong with this place!...Thank you for welcoming usMore

Further from the main action, this restaurant offers Mediterranean fusion cuisine in a lovely garden.

Ydroussa is hidden in a gorgeous secret garden. So pretty and chilled away from the hustle & bustle of town. Italian Valeria’s restaurant is a mix of Greek/Italian and is wonderful! We keep coming back again and again as everything is just perfect! Food highlights...- octopus with chickpeas, spaghetti with squid & artichoke, sea bass, tomahawk steak and the chocolate therapy dessert!More

I first found Ydroussa about 3 years ago on my first trip to Paros. What an excellent find it was. I was just there this week and ended up going twice! The food is superb. The first night I had moussaka and the second rigatoni...alla carbonara... (I needed my Italian food at that point and the owner is Italian)-- both delicious. Excellent wines. Valeria, the owner, is delightful and you can tell that she and the staff work very hard to create a wonderful experience. The restaurant is in a beautiful garden surrounded by trees and flowers, and some friendly kittens too. Definitely this restaurant is one you cannot miss in Paros.More

Absolutely loved this place. The courtyard is such a beautiful setting and the food was lovely. I’m a massive halloumi fan and have never had it smoked before - was very impressed! My spaghetti was everything I could ever want from a bowl of pasta,...so much taste, and my husband really enjoyed the sea bass. Service was excellent. We got there nice and early (I’m pregnant and get tired!), but if you want to go at peak time I would definitely book.More

My wife and I chose this restaurant from a shortlist from TripAdvisor reviews (the others were either closed or further away): Good choice! The welcome was very warm and the setting really nice in their ‘secret garden’. Then the food came - wonderful! We were...given some croutons, olives & tzatziki, which was the pre-starter, followed by what we had ordered: prosciutto and melon, and octopus and chick peas. Both very generous portion and tasted great. The mains were just as good: whole sea bass, and moussaka (the best I’ve ever had, I reckon). Lovely setting, lovely food, lovely service. Highly recommended.More
