Inspired by all previous reviews, we looked for this restaurant when visiting Naoussa for the first time in our lives. When we found Glafkos we asked whether we could make a reservation over 3 days? We were kindly directed to the chef who immediately showed us his best table near the waterfront. Only challenge: we should come around 19:30 - which is quite early for a diner in Greece. We gladly accepted and returned 3 days later at 19:30. The table next to the waterfront gave us the feeling of being at the best spot available in Paros. Being able to enjoy great food and drinks while overlooking the sea as a sunny day turns into a warm night is almost magical. The service was good but a little slow, making one of the waiters nervous as he told us a next party would come, even though we had only just ordered our main course. Fortunately the Chef intervened and he promised us there would be no time pressure. We should enjoy his hospitality and lovely food. Something we did! It was an experience we will not easily forget or even better hopefully experience again when we (one day) return to Parod

We found this great restaurant and were offered a fresh red snapper, grilled. With grilled vegetables and white wine. The fish was delicious but they forgot to bring the vegetables, which came five minutes after the fish. The house wine wasn’t the best. Nice waiters though and great fish made it a great meal after all.

By accident we stumbled upon Glafkos on a night strolling through the streets of Naoussa and decided to have dinner there the next day. As usually, we went at 6pm before the heath takes on, the place is fully booked days ahead. The welcoming was very friendly, and throughout our dinner, the service was like that. It was not easy to choose from all the well sounding dishes on the menu, but finally we opted for the smoked salmon salad to start, then the sun-dried makarel, the tuna ceviche and the sauteed squid in lemon-ginger sauce, to close with a seafood linguini. All 5 dishes were delicious!! Top quality ingredients, nice presentation, very yummy. To go with that great food, we ordered a bottle of local Paros white wine, which was simply put stunning as well (Sillogi Moraitis 2019). This fantastic dinner, and a top notch prime location, ended in a bill of 100 euro, which we thought was not exagerated, and definitively less then you would pay at some of the other prime location restaurants in Naoussa. We highly recommend this place!

This restaurant was very family friendly, had very beautiful views, high quality food, good prices and our waitress Mihalis gave very well service, attending all our needs, and was very kind. We came for dinner a few hours after arriving at Paros, and this restaurant made us extremely happy with our arrival, and was an amazing start to our visit. Very recommended if traveling to Paros.

Setting 10/10

Food 10/10
Value 8/10
My only “beef” with this place is that they serve too fast to turn the tables for more revenue and “up sell.” Main course arrived while we were still eating our starters. We ordered a £30 wine (mid to upper half of the menu) and the waiter insisted we try a £60 wine (we didn’t) we ordered a fillet of Daurade and the waiter firmly steered us towards a much more expensive fish by the kilo (we didn’t).
I know their costs are high and their season is short but they need to calm down a bit.

We were recommended Taverna Glafkos from our resort and through bloggers of restaurants with views in Paros. The location did not disappoint as this tiny restaurant along the water had a breathtaking view of sunset during our meal.
We chose to split the fried feta and a lobster pasta for 2, the latter of which was a fantastic meal. If you’ve never cut your own lobster meat before - don’t worry, they give you all the tools you need to do so for a truly experiential dining experience.
Please note: while the views and food quality were exceptional, the service left a lot to be desired. We had at least 4 waiters come and pass our table without ever acknowledging our presence which was disappointing. We understand it’s busy season and service isn’t perfect but having multiple tables get service from different waiters and each one passing us by as if we were not paying customers rubbed us the wrong way all throughout the night.
FYI: Book a reservation in advance. There are a finite number of tables and it was completely sold out the night we went. We saw management turn away at least 20 diners because they had no room for them.

This was our favourite restaurant in Paros.
The views are exceptional. We sat outside, waves lapped gently on the sand below and we looked across the sea to the Paros Park headland on the horizon. To our right, white-washed houses curved around the bay. It really was as lovely as it sounds.
The menu is seafood. Servings are not large and it is reasonably pricey but everything was beautifully presented and was delicious.
The tuna fillet with capers and potato salad was very cooked perfectly (€22), the fried calamari had a light, delicate batter (€16.50) and the grilled octopus, whilst only.a small dish, had a lovely flavour, with a slight charring. A surprising favourite was the zucchini pie which was absolutely delicious and so unexpectedly tasty (€12). Entrees were between €10 - €14. Mains ranged from €16 - €28, with some fish charged separately by the kilogram.
It’s only a tiny restaurant and even in early June, it was still very difficult to get a table. We tried ringing ahead and although in theory they take phone bookings, our hotel could never reach them. We managed to get a table only because we got there very early. The first night, they initially said they were booked out but because we were happy to sit straight away and leave by a certain time, they were able to seat us. Despite the time limit, they never rushed us. The second time, we dropped by earlier in the day and we were able to make a booking in person for that night.

Disgraceful! Hosts treat customers with disrespect. I came with the family (3 kids) to have lunch: first they told us they don’t serve food, however tables were loaded with food. Second, they told us they could find us table, and indeed they did, except it wasn’t in the shade (5 pm). Third, when we asked to join the tables in the shade, they told us they were reserved from 7 pm, and when we told them it’s fine with us as we have no intentions to stay there long, they told us it’s the policy not to join the tables.
Would never go there again.

This place is fabulous, we ate here every night while in Paros. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced and the view can’t be beat. The fried calamari is some of the best I’ve ever had. You need a reservation if you want to eat after 7 pm but we got here about 5:45-6 and were seated right away. The service is really good as well and they even give you a bit of baklava on the house at the end of your meal.

The most amazing fresh fish expertly cooked with top class service!! We had dinner last night, the restaurant was full, it is situated right on the beach with stunning views . We started with fresh calamari which is fried in a light batter , it was delicious, we then had a fish for 2 persons dorado , grilled perfectly with a side order of chips . The house rose was light, cold & crisp and was perfect to accompany our fish! Service was friendly & efficient by Marionella and we finished with a complimentary dessert & two very good espresso. They serve a great choice of dishes including grilled meats , fish , cheese salads & pasta. This is consistently offering great food wine & customer service!! If you are on Paros this restaurant is a must for you. Reservations are definitely needed, thanks again to Nikitos & Erato for looking after us after a mix up in our booking which was totally our fault!
Can’t wait to return next week .

Extremely busy on a Friday night. The owners son took our names and told us to wait for the table to be ready. He did a fantastic job managing the queue and dealing with all the people that were waiting.
After about 20 minutes we were shown to possibly the best table in the restaurant, right on the water.
The staff were friendly and helpful although we did feel a little rushed with our food coming out very quickly. (Hence 4 out of 5 rating).
Our meals were delicious and reasonably priced for the location plus we were given a complimentary dessert to finish our meal.
Would definitely go back again.

This restaurant was incredible
Nestled on the sea front, romantic setting with the best seafood
We had the cheese pastry with honey dressing. Very sweet but really works well together.
For the mail we had lobster pasta with a gorgeous bottle of white wine.
Great romantic evening

Really amazing authentic Greek food and friendly staff. We loved every dish we tried and would have loved to go back again if we had more time on the island. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try delicious Greek food in an amazing setting

We love this place, it is nice and on the beach. It does not seem like it from te entrance but then you go inside and ... outside again on the shore!
The salad with the restaurant name is simply
the best one I ever had, and they only serve fresh fish. If something is not fresh, they don’t have it, and this is the best sign of a good restaurant. Good pasta, very good catch of the day.
Strongly advised.
