This is a small gem in the streets of Naousa.
Not your average fish restaurant with heavy emphasis on meat, but with fantastic food, wine list and deserts.
Service is top notch and overall the experience is great.
It's expensive but well worth it, and...the beetroot risotto and buffalo steaks are out of this world.
Sitting outside highly recommended.More
Yemeni Taverna was a recommendation from my hotel. It was so good that I ended up there the second day as well: Great Menu which is a bit more creative and upscale compared to a usual Taverna. Nice alfresco seating on tables with linen with...Corona-compatible distance. Taste is just so good - try the fish carpaccio and the sea bass. Just delicious!
Super friendly and effective service. I got a super- tasty complimentary dessert on both evenings. With this not only outstanding value for money but also taste!More
We enjoyed our visit to Yemeni. The octopus salad was delicious and the lamb in vine leaves was great also. The owner has a bit of an attitude issue we thought. Also there was a table with 8 people behind us who were pretty raucous....I thought the max was 6 due covid rules..More
We visited Yemeni early on in our trip to Paros and loved it. I had the vine leaves and lamb, which was so beautiful.
Our friend had the chicken and said that it was the best mash potato she had ever had.
Would recommend booking...here, as we did, as it was very popular...bearing in mind the island was very quiet.
Make sure you visit here when you come to Paros!!!More
This is another case of style over substance in my opinion- and not worth the ‘chic’ inflated pricing.
Service was okay, and location within the town is good, the menu Also looks good, but the food was just mediocre at best.
In their defence it...was a busy night, and all there tables were full.
There were some interesting flavour combinations that I was glad to try like an olive jam (a new one on me) but my beetroot risotto was overcooked and over sweet and had no texture at all, and my other half had the braised beef with Yorkshire pudding (yep in Greece) the beef was reasonably well cooked but speaking as an English man that Yorkshire pudding was just not right......and that too might be our issue, we have preconceived ideas about what a ‘classic’ dish should be and when things are not right they feel to me at least very wrong.
I probably would not go back here, and in my opinion there are better options in the town.More
My friend and I had a really lovely meal as the food (seafood) was delicious and the location was really cute. However we felt like we were an inconvenience. The worst service we have had in Greece so far. The waiter practically ignored us while...paying much more attention to the tables surrounding us. He scoffed at us asking for the wine list and then disappeared completely and avoided eye contact every time he walked past. The other junior waitstaff were attentive and meticulous - so couldn’t fault them.More
Typical and authentic Greek food which is beautifully presented. Both indoor and outdoor seating nestled in the streets of Naoussa.
Great staff and the best food!
We had the Saganaki, and the star of the show the buffalo steak which was incredible.
They...gave us a taste of local spirit and the dessert of orange cake was amazing!
I would defiantly return without a doubt.
If you don’t make a reservation I don’t think you would get in.More
This was bar far our nicest meal while in naoussa. We had the buffalo steak and the seafood risotto. It was the nicest risotto I’ve ever tasted. It’s a little bit more on the expensive side but definitely worth it!

Yes that would be enough time. We took our time and taking into account you get complimentary bread and a selection of dips, we wouldn’t have fitted in a starter anyway. We sat indoors-much better than outside for us especially in high season, too busy and cramped. You might be ok in September! Enjoy, we went twice and loved it both times!
