This should be a double review because we went there as a couple, one omnivorous and one vegetarian. While the meat/fish dishes were apparently very good, I was unfortunately quite disappointed with the vegetarian options. I had an entrée which was quite tasty, but the cheese taste outweighed the vegetables. The main course was overall too much of the same... More

Hidden away in the sleepy village of Sauges, what a find - my partner and I tried the 5 course surprise menu with accompanying wines and it was quite simply delicious - fine food at its best, beautiful to look at and so full of flavor. My partner is a big eater and he was worried he'd still be hungry... More

We were looking for a place to stop for lunch when we discovered this restaurant. The food is fantastic and the service was immaculate. The locally produced dried ham was the best i have ever eaten, make sure to try it :-)

We had five-course tasting menu lunch on the restaurant terrace overlooking Lake Neuchâtel. Each course was a visual and culinary delight accompanied by a glass of wine. There was even a red wine for the cheese plate and a sweet wine for dessert. We left delighted without feeling heavy in the stomach. This restaurant merits recognition and is suited for... More

Me and my husband booked a table for the evening to celebrate our 7th annivercery of marrige. We booked the 5 course surprise menu and went for according wines to each dish. Nice decorated dining room with a cozy athmosphere. The menu was innovative, well made and very tasty and the wine package was well balanced. The service was friendly... More

I ate here for lunch with some colleagues last week. We all opted for the 'Chasse' menu. An excellent carpaccio followed by medallions of venison. Final courses were an assortment of delicious local cheeses and a molleux. Service was attentive and polite. Reservation strongly suggested!

Four of us ate lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday, which was Mother’s Day in Switzerland. The food was generally good but rather heavy on the salt which at times overpowered the flavour of the food - in particular, the Morilles fraîches farcies aux petits pois (fresh morels stuffed with peas) was unpleasantly salty. We all took the same... More
