Like many others, we chose this restaurant not only to experience the one Michelin Star status but also because of the somewhat romantic notion of visiting the restaurant featured in the movie, "A Good Year". We used the occasion to celebrate a friend's milestone birthday and since she had brought a 20 y.o. bottle of Penfold's Grange with her from... More

A quaint and cozy restaurant in the heart of Provence, located in a small town that has very little to offer except the restaurant itself. Chef Eric Sapet does wonders with a menu that is as sophisticated as it it refined and tasty. A must for discerning gourmets....

I discovered this restaurant whilst staying in Cucuron last year but couldn't get a table, I therefore made a booking a few months prior this year. Cucuron is a lovely village, not over restored like a few places in The Luberon. They serve lunch in a lovely vine-shaded courtyard, only about 20 covers. The 5 course menu for 70 euros... More

It is hard to know how to rate this small country restaurant, which is located in one of the most picturesque villages in all of France. We recently had the good fortune to have dinner here twice in one week. Our first experience was nothing short of fabulous Provencal cooking and service at its best. We opted for the less... More

La petite maison in the charming village of Cucuron in the Luberon area of south eastern France is a little treasure. Situated on the village's tree-lined market square, the main dining room is on the first floor and is decorated in traditional style: a tiled floor, partly panelled walls, tables adorned with starched white cloths and brass candlesticks. There is... More

This is my second visit to this charming restuarant in the must-see town of Cucuron. This adorable restaurant is not only charming in atmosphere and location, but it is a great restaurant for "foodies" as well. In summer you eat outdoors in a garden like setting. The Chef is warm and very proud of his restaurant. Food is delicious. But... More

Went there expecting to find something very special, but it did not turn out that way. Only 2 choices are offered, a menu for 45 and a menu for 70 euros. Overall the food was ok, but quite traditional and the only surprise was a sweet and salty mixture that failed. Portions are not well divided, some where to big,... More

Had a fabulous lunch to celebrate Father's Day and it did not disappoint. Beautiful courtyard setting with very attentive and polite waitstaff. Had an amazing 3 and a half hour 5 course lunch and all of the dishes were outstanding. The chef also did a fabulous job accommodating a food allergy while still maintaining a delicious meal. Well worth a... More

This was by far the best meal we have had on this trip. The food was delicious, full of flavors and attention to detail. We took different menus (one of us took the regular lunch menu and the other the seasonal). The food was divine! And the setting was lovely - a little shaded garden with only 6 tables. Highly...
