This is my second visit to this charming restuarant in the must-see town of Cucuron. This adorable restaurant is not only charming in atmosphere and location, but it is a great restaurant for "foodies" as well. In summer you eat outdoors in a garden like setting. The Chef is warm and very proud of his restaurant. Food is delicious. But... More

Went there expecting to find something very special, but it did not turn out that way. Only 2 choices are offered, a menu for 45 and a menu for 70 euros. Overall the food was ok, but quite traditional and the only surprise was a sweet and salty mixture that failed. Portions are not well divided, some where to big,... More

Had a fabulous lunch to celebrate Father's Day and it did not disappoint. Beautiful courtyard setting with very attentive and polite waitstaff. Had an amazing 3 and a half hour 5 course lunch and all of the dishes were outstanding. The chef also did a fabulous job accommodating a food allergy while still maintaining a delicious meal. Well worth a... More

This was by far the best meal we have had on this trip. The food was delicious, full of flavors and attention to detail. We took different menus (one of us took the regular lunch menu and the other the seasonal). The food was divine! And the setting was lovely - a little shaded garden with only 6 tables. Highly... Well it was very good. The terrace only seats six or so tables and the overhead covering of vines made it a special location by the pond. The Menu Maison was 50E but well worth it. The entree of tuna was delicious and the main of veal in a sauce with mushrooms was outstanding. Generous servings but not huge. Veal... More

Cucuron's famous movie scene (A Good Year) where Max (Russell Crow) wines and dines the voluptuous Fanny (Marion Cotillard) in front of Le Petite Mason. Erik a jolly humble Michelin Chef unusually balances the food to the wine. We lunched there and enjoyed Ch Dordogne L'Expression du Terroir with entree and L'Exception du Terroir with mains. Truly magnificent!

During the peak vacation season we have previously been unable to get a reservation but this lunch was a treat well worth waiting for. The restaurant currently only offers the choice of two menus and since my wife and I have adventurous palates we went for the for the larger 6 course menu de la saison. We were completely delighted... More

Wow, wow, wow. I lunched here on a rainy afternoon in April and was blown away by the quality of the food, presentation, service and ambience in the wood paneled upper dining area. Like dining in someone's home! A great restaurant in a wonderful village in le sud du Luberon. Absolutely recommended! One of my top 3 meals of all... More

We were tipped off on this beautiful, little restaurant in a small town that felt like it was in the middle of no-where. There were only two other parties there for lunch that day. Even though we had our 1-year old with us, they were very kind and provided a child-seat. Now! The meal was fun and delicious. We opted... More
