Great entry and dessert. Main course had too much sauce for the fish as well as the specialty sausage. Very good service

Had a great meal for four, three course menus with more than one should eat - for EUR27! And quality, too. Starters were authentic, mains exquisite, desserts accomplished. Terrine de lapin and croute forrestière to start, trio of beef, veal and foie gras, whole trout in light sauce as mains, followed by cheese plate and crème brulèe. Pleasant atmosphere on... More

We spent a very enjoyable evening at Les Arcades. We sat outside in the courtyard, enjoyed good service from friendly staff, and good local food. The quality is good, and the flavours were tasty. The cremant was also very good.

We seek out local food and wine specialities when travelling, and Les Arcades makes great use of what's available in the region. One hard-working waitress appeared to be running all the tables on the evening of our visit, but we were meeting French-based friends for the first time in two years so hardly noticed any delays in the speed of... I reserved a table a few hours before dinner on a Friday. I got the menu très terroir which was €32 (normally €27 but I got the foie gras) and a glass of vin de paille to go with it. It was amazing. The foie gras was excellent. The main course and the dessert were very good too, but not... More

Arbois, alas, is a place where not much is going on. The restaurants are few, but Les Arcades is a very good one. The menu is quite limited, but the food is very good quality. Many of the wines are to be had by the glass rather than by the bottle, which gives one the opportunity to taste several. The... More

My husband and I ate here recently and were delighted by the quality of this restaurant. We had the 3 course meal which at 26Euros is great value! Salad, local fish and nougat ice-cream. Delightful! Wine selection is not amazing but we managed to find a lovely bottle from a local biodynamic producer. Service was quite good. Overall a good... More

We sat outside in a courtyard. Better than being inside. Food was good and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Can only eat outside in Summer though.
