Went there on a Saturday for lunch. The food is good and local (meaning a bit heavy too). We had the 4 course menu which was really reasonably priced and the 4 glasses of wine combo for 10 euros. Lunch took 3 hours but it was great.

It is another Bank Holiday today in France (Monday, May 16), and plenty of people are out and about-including children, dogs, locals, tourists, etc. Several restaurants were full, and La Finette let us share a long table with another two people. People kept streaming in-many without reservations sent on. Informal, inexpensive, heavy local specialties, this was a little too blue... More

As our hotel restaurant was closed on the Monday evening we visited we ended up in this authentic restaurant, and this turned out to be a good choice. There is a good choice of local dishes, individually or in various fixed price menus, and they also have English versions if you need them. Our food was very tasty, as was... More

Following recommendations from friends in the Jura region and Trip Advisor reviews, I planned my dad's 80th family lunch at La Finette. Our party selected local dishes of Salade Franc Comtoise for starter and a variety of chicken or beef with "morilles" and vin jaune. My partner and I shared a "fondue", melted Comté cheese one picks up with bread;... More

Loved it. We were two the three other tables habitated between 18 to 24 people, each one eating like a Darfur refugee with big plates. Local kitchen- Fondue, smoked pig etc.. Delicious.

Nice interior, staff very friendly. Food is good and priced well. Great experience. Only one negative point : they have many tables, so waiting time is slightly long.

We came here with our family for out first night out on our vacation in Jura. The salads were excellent and very filling. Really nice atmosphere on the terrace with welcoming wait staff.

This restaurant was a little out of town so a car would be an advantage. We went for lunch and both had the Poulet. The servings were large with a rich vin jaune sauce. Our table was a little tight which perhaps reflected it also being a tavern. The service was good. There is parking in the back. Not fine... More

Liked this restaurant, which was quite large but felt cosy. It concentrates on local specialities and offers good value. Well-trained, pleasant waiting staff. La Finette aperitif and the onion soup were both of particularly good quality.

Sorry but we don't call this cooking. Don't try ti order a menu here, you simply can't eat it, too much and no quality. I can't understand why this place was so filled up with people. Our steak was 4 mm thick, and they ask how you want it prepared?! Saignant, yeah right... The wines were of poor quality too.... More
