My first visit to Mancora, and saw El Espada II. Looks like a nice place. Good atmosphere. We sat near the back of the retaurant, where the breeze is nicer. Waitstaff very friendly. Portion sizes really good, which was a pleasant surprise. Slightly more expensive typical restaurant, but totally worth the price.

We had good food and good atmosphere but had to wait for quite a while before dishes were served. They are a busy restaurant because of their success and delicious fish. To ease the waiting after a while the staff brought some nice and tasty banana crisps. No working wifi.

Espada II was of is a bus station - let's get that out of the way. It is the best seafood I have had aside from some of the private resorts. It is clean and the wait staff are personable and pleasant, even when I have just had banana chips and a coke. Here are a few favorites: Risotto w... More

The food was ok, but it was completely overpriced. We eat much better for half the price in Mancora. The staff was not willing to work , it seemed we were bothering... So no tip, for the first time in our trip. But food was ok.

This is not high end dining, but the place was packed and we always figure if its full, its good! The service was good, the ambiance interesting with the caged birds in the back and the price was right. We had the fish with fries and a small salad, quite tasty but run of the mill… Not a bad place,... More

It was average seafood, we ate there the first night, had some crab potato thing and beers... not so exciting... many other better choices in town.

Came here cause I'd already heard about El espada before, but I think got confused cause there was another restaurant with the same name which was older than this one (same owner I think). The food was not that good and it took some time to come out (the girl'd already told me so). There were not enough prawns or... More

It seems that almost every restaurant in Mancora has the exact same menu, only the name of the restaurant at the top changes...but Espada made the tastiest version of the same food. They even modified our order a little to meet our request. Glad we found it.

Large restaurant in the town with a lot of dishes to choose from. Fish and seafood are the best but you still get something else if you are not into peruvian food.

The food was just ok. However the part that was a problem that week in Mancora were the flies. That kiled out appetite
