Regardless of the fancy place which really reminds me of Woodstock or the Bacardi advertising, the food is awesome. Try the coconut rice and the salat! Bring your own liquor if you want, cause they don't sell any. Life music at night and a very welcoming stuff. Downside, no secret place anymore. At 7p the place is crowded. So show... More

My wife and I had dinner at Pasta y Pueblo in late February 2017. Arguably, this was one of the very best meals that I have ever eaten. A preliminary, but important point for my readers: the place looks like a run down, junkyard dump — but do NOT let that dissuade you from eating there. Although it looks really... More

Everything said before is true. Like a Hemingway novel. So quaint and unique a setting and then u r blown away by the food. Quality equal NYC RESTAURANT. May be the best tuna I have had anywhere. Coconut rice the best. Bring your own wine etc. we didn't and walked two minutes to the corner for beer. If you r... More

Visited on 16 Feb17: Beatiful rustic restaurant serving great seafood. Staff creates a good atmosphere. Had catch of the day with coconut rice, my wife had scallops with pesto pasta and my kids (age 4 and 7) loved the mussels with pasta. Restaurant does not serve alcohol - bring your own.

Went there because of TripAdvisor reviews, and as is usually the case, they were spot on. We were in Luquillo for 10 days, eating out each night, and P&P was the only one in which we ate twice. There were 4 of us, ordering different things, and we all were quite happy with our meals, as far as quality, presentation,... More

We all loved the food, from their bread served with pesto and cheese to welcome us, to the delicious tuna, salmon, and sea scallops, to the vegetable pasta dish. All was enjoyed! The staff was incredibly attentive and although they do not have a liquor license at this time, the waitress told us to go just next door to liquor... More

We ate at Pasta y Pueblo twice in the same week. We had read about the restaurant on Trip Advisor and wanted to check it out. Cute open air place just off the beach. The staff is very welcoming and we were seated immediately. We all had the veggie pasta with various sauces. I had mine with carbonara topped with... More

The name of the restaurant almost deterred us from going, b/c we didn't want a typical Italian restaurant. But because its rating was so high, we tried it and were glad we did. The entres CAN come with a side dish of pasta served with a variety of finishes, but the pasta is NOT the focus of the meal. My... More

The service was excellent and the food amazing! Ingredients were fresh and presentation was great. Even my picky mom and brother who is a vegan were very happy. We just found our new favorite spot

They say it is a little hard to find, but we found it tucked into a little corner of heaven right on the ocean. If you want a true Puerto Rico experience, you have to make your way to this restaurant. The Island decor and open air seating make you feel relaxed and glad to be on Island time! They... More
