A charming and excellent dining experience. The service was highly professional, matched with excellent choice and quality cuisine. The waiter we had was very attentive and polite. Keep up the excellent work!

Very nice breakfast restaurant in Luquillo area. Good service, great food, Coffee was nice and strong. I would definitely go back again.
My husband and I stopped in for lunch on our way to volunteer work at Paradise rescue dog shelter. For years we have been passing by with promise to stop here, but we finally did, and WOW! We had tripleta and chicken gyros, and their...fries are home made shoe strings, everything is fresh and made in house, there are vegetarian and vegan options, and the decor is absolutely beautiful and immaculate, and the family is charming and lovely to talk to and they are so proud of the quality business that they have built. Don't' miss this for breakfast or lunch! You will remember it always. PS we are residents of PR.More
Excellent food in a safe atmosphere. Only complaint was it took forever to bring our orders for 8. Maybe we overwhelmed them. But, they have Dr. Pepper so the delay was not so bad. We were never rushed. The food was excellent: Greek platter, chicken,...beef, and lamb gyros, and fries were delectable. A bit out of the way unless you’re in the right place, but we’ll worth going.More
Our favorite place in Luquillo so far during our vacation. We had a chicken gyro and falafel gyro, both very generous portions. Our server Jose was super friendly, and they take COVID precautions seriously. We will be returning again probably tomorrow, looking forward to trying...some other things!More
If you are in the Rio Grande area, i highly recommend there brunch. Place is small so go early. Staff are very helpful. All plates are huge so prepare to share or take home. I recomend the brunch platter all is delicious. Can't wait to...try other meals.More
We were in Luquillo for the weekend and passed by Latin Gyro. Their sign said Breakfast and Open so we took a chance. It was delicious. I ordered the Western Veggie Omelette with egg whites. It also came with grilled pita bread slices with hummus...underneath. My husband got the lamb Gyro and fries even though it was only 10:45. No problem. The food was delicious, the waiters were friendly and we had real plates, silverware and napkins for a decent price. Highly recommend!More
The ham, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich was good, but the value was great! You basically get two large sandwiches for five dollars. Crazy good deal.
We went here based on a recommendation from a chef at another restaurant. We ordered lattes, which were awesome! Nice, strong coffee. We went for breakfast and ordered the Latin French Toast (cinnamon sugar tossed French toast with Nutella, bananas, strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream...on top), two scrambled eggs, a side of bacon and an order of hummus. It did take a LONG time for our food to come out though. So long that there were people who came in after us that got their food first. The hummus and the eggs/bacon came first. The hummus was to die for - some of the best hummus either of us has ever had. The eggs and bacon were what you’d expect. The Latin French Toast was huge...and oh, so good. You better have a sweet tooth to get this. You don’t need any syrup, that’s for sure. We really enjoyed it. The waiter was very friendly and offered us lots of great information about traveling to Culebra and Vieques. Nice people with good breakfast.More
This is a small, attractive restaurant with nice decor and helpful staff serving ample, nicely presented portions of breakfast, lunch and dinner. They serve Alto Grande coffee, which my traveler partner thought was very good. They serve Mighty Leaf black tea in sachets -- loved...it -- and especially nice since we found it very hard to find high quality black tea in eastern PR. (The PR version of Lipton is pretty grim, more so than the US version IMHO, and many places just serve a variety of herb teas). Latin Gyros is located near the Route 3 highway underpass, and there are only about 3 parking places in front of this restaurant. However, look diagonally across the street, as there is an unpaved grassy parking lot with lots of space. Park there! When we were there, the air conditioning was VERY cold, as others have mentioned (I get cold easily and was constantly uncomfortable). It's still worth going -- just bring a sweater in case you need it! We had breakfast. I ordered scrambled eggs, sausage and toast. Be aware that scrambled eggs cost $2 extra, a fact noted on the menu (even if you are buying a breakfast that offers a choice of fried eggs). The scrambled eggs are prepared in a way I am unfamiliar with and found not to my liking. Seems like a mass of beaten eggs is poured onto the griddle and cooked as one unit, and then chopped into pieces and served. The egg chunks were on the dry side and I found this cooking method/result unappealing, so did not eat them. Some photos do show Latin Gyros' scrambled eggs prepared this way, so this may be standard -- if it's not how you like them, now you have something to consider. The toast that came with breakfast is puffy slabs of bakery bread that is split, toasted, and buttered -- really delicious. Sausages were hot, well cooked, standard sized sausage links. Another possibly useful tip: We had repeated (3-4) counter order "lost in translation" experiences at Latin Gyros, both in English and Spanish. We didn't completely figure out how to correct this experience -- we conclude It may have been helpful to have the person at counter repeat our order back to us, or point to the menu item when we order and keep it simple, with no attempts at extra explanations. An Americano with two shots was interpreted as two Americanos (maybe when we were asked" one? or two?" the orderer and order taker had two different ideas of what was being asked?), a Greek salad to go "without chicken -- just plain" came as a Caesar salad (we discovered once back in the hotel -- did she think we said "green salad" when she heard "just plain"?). An Americano on another day came as an Americano with milk in it, so it may be necessary to clarify that milk is not desired -- every place has their special way of placing coffee orders, and maybe we didn't understand how to get a black Americano. (We did not have this problem at other places.) Hopefully our experiences and tips will enable you to have a great experience at Gyros Latinos! It is certainly a very worthy destination.More
Coffee was great. Food was pretty average, service dude was an @ss. Was seated and asked the waiter if he could put the ac a little less cold or lower the flaps since they where pointing directly at us at 21celsius with the fan on...high, no joke we all felt like in the veggie freezer at costco, he said he couldn’t cause the guys in the kitchen where sweaty. Procede to tell me he’d see what he could do, didn’t do anything about it. Didn’t care we had a very sick person in the table. Service dude was a real @ss made the experience a horrible one, sadly.More
