I love the dining experience here. The food is wonderful. The drink prices are a bit high though. The service was fantastic.

The Salmon was done to perfection! We had a delicious French Onion soup as a starter and Cheesecake for dessert. The staff were excellent. The Castle Inn has a warm cozy atmosphere with plenty of charm. It is a perfect get away.

We had dinner in the restaurant while staying in the Castle Inn. There was a large group present and the service was a little slow but the staff were pleasant and efficient and we had a very good dinner. We started with French onion soup or a salad, had the poached salmon which was served with a delicious serving of... More

We went to this restaurant as a family Christmas meal for about 15. I think that we ordered almost every entrée on the menu, and everyone had a great comment about their meal. I think perhaps the fish was the top amongst the family, but I thought the steak was outstanding. The waitress was friendly, attentive, and unimposing. Excellent experience... More

From the moment you pull into the parking lot you will be impressed with the Castle. Was a little challenging to get to as it is not clearly marked out but once there, wow. The service was great, the food was great and the ambiance was great. Not a huge selection of wines but decent. Same for the menu. Limited... More

We have dined here several times before. Our latest visit was as good as always. Beautiful atmosphere, with fireplace, subdued lighting, etc. Great service accommodating our family (with two children) in our own cozy ante room. Kids food came quickly, which kept them busy, and was better than the usual fare from kids menus. Our appetizers (salad and potato/bacon soup)... More

We visited here on August 7 enroute to a Bay of Fundy family vacation and it was fantastic. It was Friday evening and we arrived after normal dinner hours (after 7:30). Most of the guests had left for a music festival that was in town so we had the place to ourselves. The scallops were delicious, my son had the... More

I happened upon the restaurant at the Castle Inn by chance, and am very glad that I did. I enjoyed a fine meal there with my mother and two of my siblings. The food was well-prepared and absolutely delicious, but what really made the evening special was the atmosphere and the surroundings. The restaurant is in the Castle Inn, high... More

Recently had dinner here with friends. We were the only people at the place, so service was reasonably prompt and focused on us. The food was very good. The wine was also good, but the bar was lacking and the availability of a selection of drinks was not there. Would return again.

My wife and I were here one night last the summer. The staff barely greeted us and paid us very little attention the whole night. We had to seek them out when we wanted service. The 2 girls working there as serving staff spent the whole night talking to the kitchen staff instead of speak to us, the customer. They... More
