Stayed here en route the WHW booked with Easy Ways: This was by far the least pleasant experience of all of the places we stayed which was not a good start ! The place is VERY tired and in need of some improvements...particularly with regards...More

We stayed at the Drovers Inn after our 3rd and toughest day hiking the WHW and we were glad that it was there! There are not a lot of choices and the Drovers Inn would not have been my first pick. It is very quirky...More

Visited this apparent Scottish Institution on Sunday 13th August with family after a day of hillwalking, to say we were disappointed is an understatement. To some the building may be quirky but to me it's like a derelict building which is none too clean inside....More

We stayed and ate here with pleasure. The rooms in the accomodation across the street are really nice and very spacious. The food was fantastic. The breakfast is also very good and they made some of the best black pudding I have had to date.

Stopped in for dinner during a stay near Crianlarich. There was plenty of parking. Initially thought there was no room but we were told there was two other dinning rooms. The food was nice without being spectacular. Portions were huge, the starters being similar size...More

The Drovers is a brilliantly quirky inn with lots of character. We went on a Saturday night and had a great meal (both consisted of haggis which is great) and then we headed to the bar for live music - complete with bagpipe player. The...More

I loved this place years ago, and its still the same, apart from its popularity explosion but I understand, good food, great service, quite expensive, but still love it.

Hotel was very old with slopey floors and in need of a wee bit tlc but that kind of added to the experience. Meal was ok. Cider was good and staff were friendly.

I hadn't even got back to the table with the drinks after ordering, and the food was already there. The haggis n&t was fridge cold in the middle, and the curry actually had frozen chunks. After sending back for another blast in the microwave, the...More

Charming inn. We stayed in the rooms accross the road which are basic but were ideal for a couple of hikers. Good food in the bar and an atmospheric bar for a few beers to relax the tired legs.

Description
There’s always a reason to visit The Drovers Inn, a unique Loch Lomond Hotel, whether it’s your celebration or ours. Travelling north or south it’s the perfect stop at the north end of Loch Lomond providing a true and lasting memory of rural Scotland.

We have live music every weekend, a great food menu served daily, not to mention an excellent atmosphere and centuries of history. Accommodation can either be at the inn itself or at the newer lodge rooms just across the road. We are a dog friendly, both in the bar and our hotel rooms.
