My favorite place in Rota. I would go once a week. Great food and relaxed atmosphere. Great variety and something for everyone.

Went to El Pesebre for the Paella and it did not disappoint. Got there when they first opened so we had the place to ourselves. We got a great table by the window overlooking the beach so we spent the time waiting for our Paella people-watching and enjoying the cool breeze from the open windows. The service was great, the... Wonderful steak and seafood place. You can get a table right on the oceanfront if you want a view while eating. Consistently good food and service.

I think this is a very underrated restaurant. Good quality paella especially. Good service, tables by the windows with a beach view are really nice as well.

Came to this restaurant because it was highly regarded by the hotel concierge. Just OK food with incedibly slow service. A bad sign that the ONLY people here on a Tuesday night were a few tables of Americans. Was told this was beautiful oceanfront. True, the main dining room has windows overlooking the ocean, but this restaurant just has space... More

Great food, great service, great atmosphere -- you're going to find those here. We shared our second meal upon arriving in Rota at El Pesebre -- this happened to be our first Spanish meal as well. We started with the avocado salad (delish) and the grilled shrimp (fantastic). I need to remember to ask how to make the dressing they... More

My wife and I dearly love this restaurant. I was stationed in Rota for three years in the late 80s, and we were regular lunch and dinner customers. Always enjoyed our dining experiences here. Hope that Manolo, our regular waiter, is doing well and wish that we had taken him up on the strawberries and cream. Best place in Rota....God... More

My wife had the Garlic chicken, she thought it was salty but was tasty. I had the Ox Steak, asked for medium but it was delivered medium rare. Although, i didn't mind at all. Over-all the experience was great and the service was good. I would recommend and would go back and try again.

Had an excellent buey. The beer was ice cold and the wine was excellent. Real old school earthy food.

I'm not a big fan of paella, but they did a great job. The food was good, but the service is FANTASTIC. I heard that the view in the summer is wonderful, but since I was there during winter, I didn't get to experience it. Another bonus: most places only serve paella for 2, so I was delighted to find... This is a traditional family restaurant, where every corner has a nice souvenir of his humble origins. We try to create a cozy atmosphere with its walls lined with natural wood and nailed one by one original form. We have a large dining room overlooking the main beach of the town where you can taste typical dishes of Rota as Rotena fish, good meat grilled or roasted lamb, but always respecting the recipes from 40 years ago They do in this house.
