Amazing range of raw seafood. Langoustine in particular were absolutely incredible. Great wine choice. Worth the trip! It'd basically all raw though so be careful! My girlfriend freaked when the cockles foot was still moving!

Extraordinary fresh seafood. Close to the see and a place where you can have a swim in a very nice village. 100% recommended

This place is unique, absolute great taste, care for product, freshness and variety of types. Best value for money that you can possibly get for raw fishes. Do not miss it. The best and most memorable meal from our 2 week Puglia trip (we tried...several top-TA/Michelin recommended spots)More

Thank you TripAdvisor for turning me on to this place. I took the train to Polignano a Mare from Bari and made my way straight to Da Pasqualino. We had a massive platter of raw fish (everything is edible, including prawn's heads!) and cold, refreshing...white wine. This is as good as it gets, people :)More

We stopped for lunch on a cycling tour of Puglia and we were delighted by the the quality of the food. It’s more a hole in the wall fish counter that you select your produce from. We don’t speak Italian however felt welcomed and with...friendly smiles and pointing easily placed an order. The fish monger then serves this to you raw on a platter of ice to with a slice of lemon. We opted to accompany this with a cold crisp white wine and sat outside (there are a few plastic table and chairs.) A delightful experience and well worth booking into your itinerary.More

Nothing is cooked here. Just fresh, raw seafood and good wine/beer. Quality is excellent- just point and they will present it to you at your table. A real fisherman’s cafe.

Pasquales is a hole in the wall with a lineup of locals but we got there - just before the lineup on foot and illegally waiting cars doing pickups crammed the road - but just after - only just - the last of the non-reserved...sea urchins got served. Polignano is famous for its urchin. Food was raw or barely cooked and we probably have never had better shrimp. We also had scampi and oysters and squid as well as a taste of a Montelvini rose wine. All in 27€. Recommend highly but arrive before noon!More

Absolutely fantastic! Fresh and reasonably priced seafood and good local wine. We were off season and still the food was amazingly fresh!

It's just a small fish shop, but they've got some tables outside. Plan to go for lunch or an afternoon snack - they're only open till 5. Nothing fancy here. Just REALLY fresh fish! Hands down, best and freshest oysters (one euro a pop) I've had....We also had some raw scampis and octotpus. Good, but not life changing. You can alos get beer and wine here. Too bad I could only go once!More
