familiar atmosphere and great food

The restaurant is located in the square with Modugno's statue with a gorgeous view on the sea. It is very nice with a wide choice of dishes, I had a "calamarata with pistacchio sauce"...delicious. The staff in nice and friendly.

I like the place, a typical Apulian restaurant. Nice choice of antipasti and fresh seafood. Primi Piatti are very tasty and well representative of the local cuisine, but with a nice note. I suggest you enjoy also fish cooked under salt in the pizza oven, like red mullet and rascasse. The wine list is richer than reality.

Wonderful seafood, great service, stylish room (in the back). No seaside views here, but casually elegant atmosphere with fresh beautifully executed food at reasonable prices. After a hot morning in the sun, swimming in the cove, this is the perfect place to chill.

This restaurant appears much smaller and less attractive from the outside. The interior is nicely decorated. The menu offers wonderful seafood and fish, pasta and the starters for which Puglia is know.

Had a delicious assortment of fresh raw fish, followed by two different pastas cooked to perfection. Parking is easy as just outside the historic center of Polignano a Mare which is most definitely worth a visit.

THe restaurant is nicely decorated and the tables are reasonably spread out for a more intimate dining experience. The crudo was beautifully presented and the pasta was delicious! Definitelly would recommend this restauarnt followed by a lovely stroll through the town and to the balconies overlooking the adriatic!

I had visited this restaurant on our last trip to Italy in 2013. It was an amazing experience then and even more this time. The taste and quality of foods tops all. Traditional foods of this area are my favourite in Italy. I highly recommend this restaurant for its fine foods, great service, great locating and attention to detail. A... More

The restaurant is very nicely decorated with lots of details that you want picture. It is immediately obvious that it is expensive restaurant, from fork to plate and glass. The menu is varied, the food is very carefully prepared and the wine list excellent. The staff is very professional and we enjoyed two hours in the beautiful ambience.

I went here during lunch hour with my family. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, but it filled up pretty quickly. The caprese salad I ate as a starter was very good and so was the fish, which was my following meal. The interior is amazing and my family couldn't stop admiring the tiny details hanging off the... This was our only disappointing eating experience in a week of dining out in Puglia. I had a very small fish priced by the Kg. Don't fool yourself - the very smallest portion will be 0.4Kg so you are looking at pay just under half of the per kilogram cost. I'm very happy to pay 24E for a piece of... More
