Feeling very privileged to be taken to a restaurant that was the real Italian deal, the meal was incredible .. We didn't want it to end. Italian wine is like nothing I have ever tasted ... So light and refreshing. The night was amazing and will be in my mind forever X a huge thankyou to our friends Lorenzo and... More

We stayed in Livo for our holidays and friends recommended the Aquila d'Oro for an evening meal. We enjoyed it very much. We were invited to sit outside, but saw her thinking 'no reservation? '. The veranda from plastic cloth is two times nothing if you are sitting outside, but the food is a pearl. The cook... More

This is a fantastic little family run local restaurant. I have been twice. The first time was for my 40th birthday. We loved it. Just outside they have a bar and you can also watch the locals play 'Bocce' The food is very traditional. The chef, Plinio, is self taught. He has a big passion for food. Many of the... More
